Story
Copper is a super sweet dog that loves people and kids. He enjoys snuggling on the couch and exploring outside. We got Copper and his brother about a year ago when they were 5 months old after they were found abandoned. We've been doing some training with them, but we're seeing some leash reactivity and dog aggression on walks now and we feel that Copper needs a different environment, one that we can't provide for him. Copper would do well in a home/family in which he is the only dog. And a big backyard in which he can run and play would be ideal.

Bandit is a super sweet dog. He is very affectionate and loves people and kids. He enjoys snuggling on the couch and running around/ exploring outside. We got Bandit and his brother about a year ago when they were 5 months old after they were found abandoned. We've been doing some training with them, and Bandit does well on walks, but has demonstrated some dog aggression on occasion. He has a lot of energy and is very playful, but we're no longer able to care for him the way we feel that he deserves. Bandit would do well with a family in which he is the only dog.

Story
CHICA was a puppy mill breeder and then dumped on the streets where she lived for a year and got pregnant again. We pulled her out of the storms three days before she gave birth. She was SOOO relieved to have a safe and warm place to whelp and raise her babies, and she wanted me right by her side during the entire 24-hour labor, often leaning on me for support... while I promised she would never have to go through that again. CHICA is now spayed and has come a long way in socialization. She has learned to wag tail at strangers instead of bark. She does bark when other dogs walk by, but more out of jealousy than anything else. We think that she was never allowed indoors before since she took months to build up the courage to come inside. Now all she wants is to be somebody's couch potato! She is enthusiastic with affection and friendly with other dogs and even delivery drivers who she barks at until they come inside the yard to deliver a package, at which point she wags her tail and wants to say hello. ***CHICA displays no form of aggression except with a bit of FOOD GUARDING, as many street dogs do. It's also possible she was not fed enough as she was being used as a breeder. Since she is so friendly in every other way, this could be worked on.
