Story
Meet this handsome 18-month-old Pit Bull who is looking for his forever home! He is full of energy, loves to play, and is always excited to meet new people. This sweet boy is a total love bug who greets everyone with a wagging tail and plenty of affection. He does well with other dogs when properly introduced but would do best in a home without cats. He was found as a stray in Baltimore and was microchipped, but unfortunately his original owners never came forward to claim him. Despite his rough start, he has remained a happy, loving, and friendly companion. He would thrive with an active family or individual who can give him the exercise, attention, and love he deserves. If you're looking for a loyal best friend with a big heart and an even bigger personality, this guy may be the perfect match!

Story
Hi! My name is Bulleit (but mostly my mom calls me Bubby). I am my mom’s protector and bff! I loooooove spending time with her in her office chewing on a bone while she works, and popping up every now and again to check on her and get pets. I’m very snuggly and sleep up next to her every night, too! I always give her kisses and check on her when she’s sad. I also love running real fast - I get the zoomies a LOT and they’re soooooo fun!! I wish I had a backyard to run in. Do you have one?? I also know “sit”, “down”, “place”, “stay”, and “free”. Sometimes I get scared of the vacuum or large appliances, but that’s only because I wanna keep mom safe! My mom and I have been through a lot together, and finding me a new home is really tough for her, but she just wants me to have the best life I can have. Maybe you can help? -Bulleit

Please contact Darlene at 302-312-5129 (fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 302-312-5129 (text or call) or via email at fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. July 20, 2026, 6:06 am

Story
Please meet Jack, a 8 yr old very sweet, handsome little boy, looking for his forever home. Jack is up to date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, on preventative, is neutered and microchipped. Jack seems to prefer female Dogs, so a home with females or no other dog may be best and no cats please. Jack really needs a Foster home where he can be taught appropriate greeting behaviour with new people. Jack is very sweet but seems to think wrapping himself around someone's leg and holding on is the way to be affectionate, after he gets to know someone he stops that, but being this way sadly will completely hinder any adoption prospects. If you are interested in fostering or providing a forever home for our sweet Jack, please click HERE to download our Adoption Application. Please save it to your PC with your name as the title, and e-mail the saved document to: terry4553@verizon.net If you have questions about how the adoption process works, we do have our adoption process located below which we feel will answer all your questions. If after submitting your application and reading our process, you still have questions, please email Terry at terry4553@verizon.net Thank you. Please know we do not allow meetings with our dogs until we have received your adoption application. Our coverage is limited to: MD, DE and the Southeastern parts of PA, NJ
