Kenai is an 8-week-old bully mix boy who truly lives up to his name. He is an incredibly sweet, easygoing puppy with a gentle nature and a whole lot of love to give. Kenai does great with other dogs, children, and cats. He’s the kind of puppy who fits right in—happy to play, happy to cuddle, and happiest just being near his people. He has a calm, affectionate personality and is especially known for his love of snuggling. Like any young puppy, Kenai is still learning the ropes and is working very hard on potty training. He’s making good progress, but will need continued guidance, patience, and consistency as he grows, since he is only 8 weeks old. Kenai is going to make a wonderful companion for a family ready to guide a puppy through his early learning stages and enjoy all the love he has to offer. Darcy is a very sweet girl, but she can be shy and nervous in new situations and around new people. Once she feels secure, her affectionate and loving personality truly shines. She has been a wonderful companion to our young daughter and got along beautifully with our other dog before he passed, proving she can be a great fit for a home with children and potentially another canine friend. Meet Mr Bruce. This young man didn't have a home so he went into Lowes to buy some lumber to build a house. Once inside he realized he didn't have truck to haul his lumber, or money to buy it for that matter, so he found a dog loving rescuer to follow around and convinced her to help him with his home situation. At 10 months old this young man knows the way to a woman's heart! He is kind of leash trained and prefers to hold it himself or play tug with you while walking. He uses the doggy door and sits for his meals and treats. He is neutered, up to date on shots and is looking for a warm house and loving family. He has gotten along with the rescue dogs he has met but is a bit too rambunctious for the senior pack so probably no small children either. He absolutely loves to play in the water. He will play invisible too and wait for you so he can pounce! He is mouthy and playful and needs someone with experience to train him. He would be fantastic at agility.
