Story
Meet Clementine—or Clem for short! This short, stout 3 year old American Staffordshire mix is 60 pounds of pure, squishy adorableness, and let`s just say he’s a little bit of a softy. When Clem first came in, he was scared stiff—no eye contact, no walking, just total shutdown mode. But this little champ has been hard at work showing off his sweet side, and let’s be real, he`s giving `velcro dog` a whole new meaning. He’s ready to be your quiet, devoted shadow if you’ve got the patience for him!Staff favorite? You bet. And did we mention the “blep”? Yup, Clem is one of those rare gems who sits with his tongue out in a little, heart-melting `blep` that’ll have you cooing every time. He may have come in looking a little worse for wear, with a few scrapes and bruises, but thanks to our awesome vet team, Clem’s been nursed back to his best self. If you’re up for adopting the most loyal, blepping bestie with a heart of gold, Clem’s your guy!The dog adoption fee is $90. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DHPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), and Pyrantel (dewormer). Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.

Story
Meet Mr Bruce. This young man didn't have a home so he went into Lowes to buy some lumber to build a house. Once inside he realized he didn't have truck to haul his lumber, or money to buy it for that matter, so he found a dog loving rescuer to follow around and convinced her to help him with his home situation. At 10 months old this young man knows the way to a woman's heart! He is kind of leash trained and prefers to hold it himself or play tug with you while walking. He uses the doggy door and sits for his meals and treats. He is neutered, up to date on shots and is looking for a warm house and loving family. He has gotten along with the rescue dogs he has met but is a bit too rambunctious for the senior pack so probably no small children either. He absolutely loves to play in the water. He will play invisible too and wait for you so he can pounce! He is mouthy and playful and needs someone with experience to train him. He would be fantastic at agility. He is very eager to learn and please. Please share to get this love a home or apply to adopt him at www.krrtx.org/forms Please note Bruce is in Texas. KRR uses Your Texas Rescue Connection Transport services to get him to you. Adoption fee is $180 and transport is $200 Thank you

Story
Kaos is 5years old, will be 6 on April 3, 2025. He loves cuddles and behind the ear scratches. He will do best in a household with no other dogs. He's never been around other kinds of animals so I do not know how he would do. I have had him since he was 3 months old. He's a trained protection dog, will protect his people. He does not like guns or violence. So play fighting or anything like that would not be good to do in front of him because he will go into protection mode. He is not currently fixed, but I am working on getting him fixed before he is rehomed if I can. If I am unable to, prior to him going to his new home, I would like him to still be fixed. He loves rope toys and bones. He sleeps in my bed, and is fuly kennel trained. He's An amazing dog and I'm sad to have to rehome him, I want him to go into a loving home with a family that has the love and time to give him. He LOVES water and snow ! Any other questions. Please reach out to me!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Our website has information about our rescue, adoption process and link to our adoption application www.collarofhope.org  We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit. KONA arrived very pregnant and gave birth to 8 babies Dec 20, 2019!   She is very goofy and has playful energy, but also loves to lay at your feet. She's really a clown as she leaps and pops through the house, even in her older age. She listens really well, has shown great house manners, and is a lovable companion.  This is a good thing because she hates being crated and has busted out of them. She loves playing with her foster's dogs.  They are husky/shepherd mixes, and she is even submissive with them. She's also been around small dogs and has been fine with them, but larger dogs are best for this girl if there are dogs in the home so there's no chance of her running over them.  No cats please. Her new family must be a homeowner and have a securely fenced yard, no exceptions.   Prior to adoption, our dogs are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.  &#226&#128&#139Please visit our website directly to complete an online application.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 4:36 pm

Story
Meet Doc, one of a litter of six puppies that were abandoned at a construction site in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. Fortunately, Doc and his siblings were quickly rescued, and have thrived in their foster home with excellent care, growing into gorgeous, healthy young pups. Doc is kind of an independent little guy, but he does love cuddling with his humans. He plays hard with his sister, Oreo, but he is otherwise a pretty easy going little guy. Doc is fully vaccinated, sterilized and ready to find his forever home. Are you ready to make this sweet boy part of your family?

Great semi energetic snuggly little boy!! Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com or  https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTX/Exotic/Other Rubble is a 6 mos old  (DOB 8 Feb 2023) 40 lb Boxer/Retriever mix.  He will be a medium to large dog as an adult.  Rubble, his mom (45 lb) and littermates were found running down access road of a highway when they were 5 weeks old.  Everyone in litter and mom died of Distemper (due to owner not giving them shots).  Rubble is the sole survivor.  He will be special needs throughout his life.  He is a very special puppy that has tons of love to give and loves all humans, children, playing with other polite /low energy dogs, playing with toys and visiting with volunteers/staff getting chicken /treats. Did we say he LOVES his humans?  When he plays and does his walk abouts you do not see any affects of distemper.  He is crate trained, walks on a leash and loves car rides.  He will benefit from some continued obediance training and public socialization with new environmental objects.  He will play, then will hang out on the couch or your lap.  He requires an owned home with a securely fenced yard in a colder climate as the hot TX temperature is not conducive to his health.   He is looking for a special needs mixed breed dog experienced family.  He will do best with another dog companion and someone that works from home or caregiver (female) is home.    No apartments.   Courtesay post for the Helotes Humane Society.
