Story
If you’ve ever wondered what would happen if a golden-eyed parkour athlete got trapped inside the body of a 60-lb friendship enthusiast… congratulations, you’ve just met Buddy. You see him before you hear him — those piercing caramel eyes, that warm, earnest smile — but once he opens his mouth, oh my god. Buddy has opinions. At his very first event he narrated the entire experience like a sports commentator who’d just had four espresso shots. Every person? Needs a greeting. Every dog? A new best friend. Every moment? Announced in real time. He’s tan and white, short-haired and soft, the kind of soft that hints at the sweet, nice-boy heart underneath all that enthusiasm. And the way he moves? Let’s just say the laws of physics are mere suggestions to him. Buddy doesn’t walk — he bounces, ricochets, rebounds. If parkour had a toddler division, he’d medal. He needs supervision in fenced areas because… well… he believes he can fly. And honestly? He kind of can. But here’s the part that sneaks up on you: he’s smart. He’s learning his commands, sits on cue, and is trying very hard to remember that leashes exist for a reason (even though meeting new friends feels more important). He loves people. Loves dogs. Thinks the entire universe is conspiring to give him a good day. Buddy is 3 years old, 60 lbs, and looking for his forever home.

Story
Haven't met a pair of soulful eyes? Miss June was dumped in the rural area of Gainesville to fend for herself. This poor soul roamed the area looking for food, not only for herself but also for the pups she was carrying. Her foster family kept an eye on her and tried to convince her that not all humans are untrustworthy. Miss June did have her puppies at a neighbor's shed, but love prevailed, and June found a warm home where she no longer had to scavenge for meals. Miss June was saved, and so began the lessons showing her that in this house, there were no harsh hands or mean voices, but only soft voices and loving strokes of her fur. Miss June is around two years old and weighs 52 pounds. June is very shy and will need a very patient and loving family. June has been doing great with  crate training. Foster certifys that June is crate and house trained, loves sleeping in her crate and goes in on her own to take naps, they have yet to hear her cry or whimper, and best of all June sleeps in that crate all night. June has yet to have an accident in the house, she has pretty much been a house dog since her spay and she has loved being inside and does great. Her past may have included an unkind man, so she would need to learn to trust if there are men in the household. June won't be an overnight sensation but a work in progress. This dog is longing for a family that dedicates their life to giving a dog like June a forever home. If interested in meeting June, please find our application on the website. ##2622294##

Story
Meet Bearon! This handsome hunk with beautiful eyes is a  7 -year-old, 65-pound Great Dane and Catahoula mix (we think). He's house- and crate-trained and walks well on a leash. He's looking for his forever family and wants a home where he's your only kiddo (human or furry). Bearon is cautious around strangers and appreciates slow, gentle introductions. Once you’re in his circle of trust, though, he’s a total love bug—affectionate, sweet, and devoted. While he gets along with other dogs, Bearon prefers to be the "star of the show" since he is a little protective of his food and toys. An active boy with plenty of energy, Bearon would love a home with a securely fenced backyard where he can romp and play. After some exercise and fun, he’s all about couch cuddles and sleeping by your side. Story
Hello all, I am Scoobie! I am a 8-year-old, beautiful, black, Great Dane and sometimes I even act like I know it! My fommy always calls me hansum, she makes me blush! And if you need to smile, well look no further than me! As you will see, I have a flipped up ear at times! It’s like a comb over ear! It brings a smile to everyone’s face! I’m a big boy at about 120 pounds, and my personality is BIG TOO! So here are the things a hooman needs to know about me.  I would do best being the only pup as I like my things. I don’t share the best with humans or other animals, so I need someone who can keep helping me be the best me like my foster parents do! They are patient with me, work with me, and when I do good things, they give me treats!! So I love doing good things!   I’m very food motivated so I will pretty much do anything you want me to do if you have a treat in your hand! I am also on medication daily that helps me be a better me and will need that medication indefinitely. I am a big couch potato, but I also sleep well in a crate. I am potty trained too! Woohoo!   I am a very strong boy, I don’t mean to be, but I am so I do need someone strong enough to handle my big boy size and strength. My foster mom’s requirements for being my new family are:   Must have Great Dane experience No children  No other pets Patient and willing to continue the training work.  Understands that I will forever be on medication that helps calm me and it works!      If you think you would love to be my new family and would love to give me the home I need to live out my golden years, please let Angels Among Us know!     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.  http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms     Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org    Note:   Some apartments and neighborhoods  have breed restrictions. Story
Bob Barker is a big bundle of joy, eager to find his forever home! This smart, happy, and excitable boy is a well-rounded companion who brings energy and affection wherever he goes. House Trained & Crate Trained Bob has mastered the art of being a well-mannered house guest and member of the family. He's crate trained, and quick to learn new commands, making him a breeze to incorporate into your family's day to day life. Kid-Friendly At 65 pounds, Bob Barker is better suited for families with older children who can handle his playful energy. He's still young and doesn't always realize his size, so older kids will enjoy his enthusiasm without the risk of being knocked over. Activity Level This playful pup thrives on activity! Whether it's long walks, romping around in a yard, or engaging in a game of fetch or tug-of-war, Bob Barker is always ready for fun. Playtime Favorites Balls are his favorite for fetch, but Bob Barker also enjoys a playful chase. He brings joy and laughter to every play session! Ideal Home Bob Barker would thrive in a loving family home with a large, fenced yard (ideally 4-5 ft high) where he can run and play. He walks beautifully on a leash, making outtings a pleasure. He is alert and attentive, always eager to learn and be near his people. If you're looking for a loving, energetic companion who's ready to fill your life with joy, Bob Barker is your guy! He can't wait to meet you and start his new adventure.
