My name is Meredith, I am very loving and playful. My best friend is a tortoise who I hang out with during the day. I love going for walks and playing with the water from a hose. I am a little nervous around men, but if you are patient with me and give me a treat of two I will realize you are ok. I am house broken for the most part and will let you know when I need to go outside. I just learned sit and paw and I am working on down and staying. Remi is a red heeler. About 3 years old. He has been such a sweet dog and does great with kids as well as other dogs. Not so well with cats or other small animals (aside from dogs) he is relatively house trained but for the most part has lived outside. Not crate trained as he never needed to be in a crate. He loves walks and is a great hiking dog. Vaccines have not been updated this year but he is fixed. I am looking for a better home for him with more time for attention. I am a mom of 4 kids under 8 and I’m struggling to balance all their needs as well as the dogs. We have chickens and cats as well that he does not do well with.
