Story
Rascal is an Australian cattle dog mix (a tall one!) that is ~60 lbs and estimated to be around 2 years old. He's neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, housebroken and crate-trained. He was DNA tested and results showed 40% cattle dog (mixed with breeds like rottweiler and german-shepherd). He's a beautiful, unique-looking dog. Rascal is intelligent and very eager to learn, which makes training him fun! He is very praise-driven and also food-motivated. He's also goofy, affectionate, and playful with humans. I have been fostering him for over 4 months and he's learning to enter and exit the car with cues, wait for meals patiently in his crate, "leave it" cue, and loves to be a "helper" by carrying stuff around the house and supervising chores lol He also loves car rides! He would do well in a home that will give him structure and consistency and wants an adventure buddy to bring along on hikes and long walks. He would also do well in a home with a large older dog to show him the ropes.

Story
Please contact Suzanne (catsfordays@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Cattle Dog mix07/19/2023 We would like you to meet Fifi. She is a 1.5 - 2 year old red heeler (cattle dog) mix. She was abandoned when her original owners moved. Homeless she roamed the streets for months and nobody took her in. One day she gave birth to 5 puppies in someone's front yard. Animal control was called and we were notified as well. We were given 4 hours before she would have ended up in the shelter. There her faith would have been not in her or her pups favor.  So we opened our home for her to raise her pups. She was an excellent mom and took great care of her babies. All puppies have been adopted and now it is time to find her her forever home. She is shy at first but once warmed up she won't leave your side. She gets along with small and medium size dogs (never been around large dogs that we know of).  Are you the one who will give her the home she deserves? This girl is craving all the love. Please let us know if you are interested and want to meet her.   We are a small rescue run solely by volunteers and rely on donations alone to survive. All major medical and emergency care comes out of our own pockets. We never put an animal down because of cost, no matter how high. Every fur baby deserves a chance at a better life. If you cannot adopt, please consider a small donation to help keep us going!!! -- Saving Just One Cat Won't Change The World But It Will Surely Change The World Of One Cat! Please Give...So They Can Live.    IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS LITTLE ANGEL PLEASE CONTACT HIS/HER FOSTER MOM SUZANNE:  Text at 310-569-8404 or email her at catsfordays@gmail.com Or come see us as PetSmart 4550 West Pico Blvd, Los Angeles CA on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to  4 or 5 pm. - -October 16, 2024, 12:13 am

Story
I’ve always wanted a dog and was excited to get Irwin from the shelter near my house. He was there for almost 3 weeks. Since then I have been seeking to provide a good home for him but due to changes in life I no longer feel like I can give him that. He was such a fun dog, lots of energy to play around with. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be able to give him the kind of life his breeding really needs. Looking for a good house for him to go to. Thank you, Phil.
