Story
Washington is very, very affectionate with people that he knows, and loves to roughhouse, wrestle and play but is extremely gentle when doing so. He loves to chase a ball, amuse himself with toys and is very active. He is wary of strangers initially, but greets well if not grabbed or touched roughly by a stranger. His person will need to introduce him to strangers, but it only takes a minute for him to warm up and want hugs! He gets along with other dogs and loves to play, but if bullied will stand up for himself and set the other dog straight without doing any harm. He is crate trained and house trained. His obedience is EXCELLENT. He knows "touch," "sit," "down," "off," "up" and "leave it." He will pull a bit on a leash if excited, but wears a Gentle Leader head collar and does well with it. He loves food (any kind will do), play, toys and long walks on the beach. Won't you be his companion? Apply at https://www.ewenityfarmsbch.com

Story
Meet Adonis, the sweetest good boy you could ask for! Adonis is around cats, other dogs, small children, and teenagers. He becomes wiggly and excitable when he sees our cats, so we DO NOT recommend a home with cats. Adonis is sweet on our children, and enjoys long games of fetch and chase. He is still a pup, so he needs a lot of play. In the evenings, he wants to be curled up in your lap on the couch. He has deep, sweet eyes and his fur is soft, like a fawn. He needs a family that will stimulate him, and enjoy lots of cuddles. Adonis is shy and timid initially, but once he gets comfortable, he settles right in and it’s like he’s been there the entire time. Highly recommend a fenced-in yard, or lots of open space away from roads. Stumpy tailed. UTD on shots. Neutered. Fostered in Pace Fl.

Story
Meet Jackson, a 1 year old, 45 lb male Australian Cattle Dog mix who is crate trained, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and up to date on shots. Jackson is a high energy dog and loves walks, runs, and to play fetch and frisbee. He knows basic obedience commands and is working on becoming solid with his obedience performance as well as loose leash walking and recall. If you like having a shadow Jackson would be perfect for you since he is a velcro dog and will follow you everywhere. Though Jackson has lots of energy he’s the sweetest cuddle bug! If he’s had a chance to burn off some energy he loves to snuggle while watching a movie so long as the ear scratches keep coming. Jackson is quite the ladies man but is a little shy with men. Maybe he thinks they will take his best gal. Jackson also enjoys playing with other dog friends after proper introductions have been made and he feels comfortable with his new friends.

Story
Training a herding dog begins with basic commands, such as walking on a leash, “come,” “sit,” and “stay.” Sage has a great temperament and focused on his handler. He learned these commands w/ in 3 days. He is willing to please you. and has a brain that catches on very quickly and shows great athleticism. He will need a mix of mental and physical exercise to keep him happy. He is responsive to commands, and this takes patience and practice. He will make a great herding prospect. Or Active pet, sport dog. He is a very fun & loving dog! Crate training/ night

Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Margo is a beautiful girl and pictures don’t do this dog justice. She is an amazing smart little lady around 40#. She rolled over and trusted to show her belly in three days. She will make a wonderful active companion, hiking and running partner. Her energy level is fairly chill for an ACD and she has an "off-switch" and likes to snuggle. She crates well and is house trained. She now minds command of “leave it” it and will walk within 2 feet or less of a rabbit without issue. She is a great walking dog and will jog nicely, but did initally jerk if rabbits or small game come close. She does have the heeler trait of jumping up at you if you don't set boundaries. She is becoming better as we continue training. Initially Margo exhibited resource guarding of new toys with her live in dog brother, Rocky, After a week or so, she learned to play with Rocky and they now share toys without issue. Margo has never shown food agression. I can freely pull her food bowl or add to it while she is eating, and she simply waits. She loves small ice cubes and comes running when she hears the ice maker. My 5 year old neighbor boy has his sister text me to ask to see her. He likes her to put her paws on his shoulders and hug her. Margo is affectionate and playful. She is gentle but a bit frisky when first waking up or when I get home - like a kid that is first dismissed for recess. Margo would do best with someone who is experienced with herders. Perhaps even a disc dog, or weekend agility with dog sports. A fenced yard preferably. She is currently fostered in the Naples area. ****Foster is willing to transport Margo for meet and greets and adoption (within reason)
