Ruby is a sweet, spunky, and perfect little pal! She is 2 years old and full of life and ambition. She is fully house trained and crate trained. She came to me after her owners could not afford her vet bills to help heal her paw that got infected from a thorn. I am only asking a adoption fee to help cover the cost of her vet care. While shes been with me she has adapted well to new things. Ruby is very shy and cautious with new people and pets but give her a week or two and she warms up and becomes a cuddle bug! Her only *heeler tendencies* are being yappy when she wants attention or to play but has never nipped or bit at anyone besides when playing with other dogs. Ruby needs a home without little kids as they make her very nervous and scared which could lead to her trying to nip them.

Lester is NOT my given name...... it was a nickname given to me when I was saved at a gas station and attempted to "own" half the rescue crew by.... wait for it....by humping them!! Thus, Lester the **lester was born...But NOW my humping is done, I am neutered and happy and playful and much more respectful of my people! I am a gorgeous boy, and super friendly. I was found be a trucker at a truck stop- looking for love in all the wrong places :( BUT, he contacted the rescue who swooped down and saved me!! And I have been living the LIFE ever since :0 However, my life is NOT complete without my OWN family! No one really knows how i ended up at the truck stop, but you should know that I was loyal til the end..... waited and watched for my family at all hours of the day and night....
