Story
HI - I'M TARZAN, and I'm a sweet and shy 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog in need of a foster or forever home. I was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, where I became urgent because I was so scared and shy. While there, I had kennel mates, and I've done well with other dogs. I'm still shy, but am a work in progress. I'm starting to come out of my shell, and I can be petted now. I need a quiet home with a patient person or people who can give me a sense of security and the love and affection I so deserve. I'm very young and have my whole life ahead of me. Please email for an application.

Story
HI - I'M PACO! I am a sweet 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix in need of a forever home! I was rescued from the streets of Ensenada, Mexico, by a compassionate Canadian couple who then tried to find me a home. Eventually I was placed in a rescue and am doing great! Now, I spend my days running around, playing with my doggy pals, and then taking a much needed nap! I weigh only 40 lbs and am a happy, fun-loving boy. I am an affectionate sweetheart and love nothing more than to snuggle. I'm also fully housebroken! Personality-wise, I'm quite mellow but I do get excited when I'm showered with love and attention. I can't wait to become someone's best friend! Please email for an application.

Story
OSO – Male Cattle Dog/Carolina Dog Mix | 6 Years Old DOB: 11/04/2019 | 36 lbs | Healthy, Vaccinated & Neutered Meet Oso, the loyal, gentle-hearted companion you’ve been searching for! With his kind eyes and steady spirit, Oso is that perfect blend of courage and calm. He’s smart, affectionate, and happiest when he’s near his people — whether that’s enjoying a cozy evening at home or exploring the great outdoors together. Oso is the kind of dog who listens, bonds deeply, and brings peace and joy wherever he goes. Breed Info: Cattle Dogs and Carolina Dogs are both intelligent, loyal, and active breeds. They thrive on companionship, structure, and purpose. Known for their problem-solving skills and devotion, they make incredible family dogs for those who enjoy a mix of adventure and quiet connection. Owner Responsibilities: Oso’s ideal adopter is someone who values routine, communication, and daily connection. He’ll need regular exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of love. Continue positive training, feed a balanced diet, and give him a soft place to rest — and you’ll have a best friend for life. Things to Consider Before Adopting: Do you have the time and energy for daily walks and companionship? Is your landlord pet-friendly, and do you have space for a medium-sized dog? Are you settled enough to commit to a lifelong friend through every season? Dogs are family — they depend on you, through joy and change alike. Vet Care: Oso is healthy, vaccinated, and neutered — but even though he’s in great shape, please take him to your trusted vet soon after adoption to establish ongoing care and keep him thriving. The 3-3-3 Rule & Commitment for Life: The first 3 days are for decompressing — everything is new, so give him space and reassurance. The first 3 weeks are when he’ll start learning your home, your schedule, and your heart. The first 3 months are when trust blossoms, and he’ll know he’s truly home. Adopting a dog is a promise — one filled with love, laughter, and a bond that lasts a lifetime. Why Oso Would Be a Great Addition: Oso’s calm yet joyful spirit will melt your heart every single day. He’s a steady friend, a loyal shadow, and a source of unconditional love. With Oso by your side, your home will feel warmer, your days fuller, and your heart forever changed. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143   If you are interested in adopting this amazing dog, please follow the link https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptions and fill out an application  Thank you for choosing Ozzie and Friends Rescue. Story
10 yrs old. He is potty trained, can sit, roll over, spin, stay, lay down, fetch a ball. Good with kids, other dogs and cats. Only vise he has is anxiety w/loud gunshot noises/fire works. He will try to get out any where he is. I have to put him on trazodone during new years and 4th of July holidays. He has been getting out of our backyard during the day a few times a week now, which im guessing is because he is bored & not stimulated enough. Only to the best home & w/ acreage or a farm. These dogs cant be in a small home or apt. Txt 9717627678 for more info.
