Story
Meet Catori - Some dogs leave paw prints on your heart the moment you meet them, and Catori is one of them. This sweet little girl spent days searching for the family she thought would come back for her. She first waited at one home, faithfully hoping the people who abandoned her would return. When they didn`t, she wandered to another house, looking for what she believed would be a loving family. Still, no one claimed her. That`s when Catori found her way to us.Despite everything she`s been through, Catori hasn`t lost her gentle spirit. She`s on the smaller side, and we believe she`s a Cattle Dog mix with a heart full of love. She adores attention, happily soaks up affection, and is ready to leave her lonely days behind. Catori has already spent enough time searching for a family. Now she`s simply waiting for someone to show her what forever really means.Could you be the one to make her dream come true? Come meet Catori and give this deserving girl the loving home she`s been searching for all along.

Story
Meet Vincent - Vincent is a handsome purebred Australian Cattle Dog with the most soulful eyes—the kind that seem to look right into your heart. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy who loves attention and is fully convinced he’s a lap dog. Vincent was once adopted and enjoyed life in a loving home where he lived successfully with another dog and multiple cats. Sadly, his adopter passed away, and with no family able to care for him, Vincent has found himself back at the shelter through no fault of his own. Despite this heartbreaking change, Vincent remains the same loving companion he has always been. He enjoys cuddles, being close to his people, and has a goofy, playful side that is sure to keep you smiling. He’s on the smaller side of a medium-sized dog, making him the perfect combination of sturdy and compact.Vincent is looking for a second chance at forever—a family who will cherish him as much as he will cherish them. If you`re searching for a loyal best friend with a big heart, a playful spirit, and plenty of love to give, Vincent is ready to meet you.

Story
I’m Splat, a bubbly, beautiful Australian cattle dog – a petite girl with a great big personality!I was found running along an interstate highway and a kind person stopped and took me to safety. I’m at the Humane Society of York County now and looking for my forever home. I’m a smaller gal, about 20-25 pounds, and my estimated birth date is February 2022.I’m an energetic girl, typical of a cattle dog, and I love to run and play. I’m very affectionate and enjoy snuggling with my human friends. Bonus – I have the softest fur! I’m generous with my kisses and I confess that I like to have my share of attention. Well, actually all of the attention – I would do best in a home as the only pet.I would be a perfect companion for someone who loves to be on the go. I love my play time but also enjoy just being with my people.Like most cattle dogs, I’m a very intelligent girl and I learn new things quickly. I’ve started school at Zoom Room in Fort Mill and I’ve wowed everyone with how well I’ve learned all my important skills. I’ve also had the best time working on Zoom Room’s agility equipment! My friends at HSYC say I’m just the best girl, a total love bug. If you’re in need of an adorable companion to hang out at your side, call to meet me!If you wish to meet me, please call the Humane Society of York County at (803)-802-0902 to schedule an appointment. Please refer to our website for adoption requirements: https://humanesocietyofyorkcounty.org/adopt/adoption-process.htmlThank you for your support.
