About Ryley, He’s a follower, he is not independent, and he must be near his humans where he can see them or whoever is home. He is a sweet boy, loves cuddling, knows kisses by nose bumps not licking faces, paw & high five. He is smart: Knows his name and is good at come/recall. He has been learning and getting better at: Place, sit, down, no, stop sit (when walking to sit at a corner before crossing) wait/stay (some) as long as he can see you, I’ve been working on stepping out of view & have him stay. We have a bell hung on the back door & he uses it to let us know he needs to go out or just wants to go hang out in the fenced back yard. He is crate trained but we have not had to for months now. He has free roam of the house while we are gone. He can hold himself 8+ hours. Ryley loves toys, loves to chew on his bone and Ice Cubes, play fetch, and did I tell you he loves food! He does prefer to sleep on the bed but will sleep under the bed or in his crate with the door open.

Bean joined our family in October 2022, and he has a been a joy ever since. Bean is sweet, goofy, playful, low maintenance, and very food motivated. He does not like conflict and prefers to lay in the sun or take a walk. He enjoys being outside but he's more on the lazy side so he spends much of his time lounging around or gnawing on a bone. He is well trained and loves his kennel, it's his special room. He has pottied in the house a handful of times, mainly out of spite (when we are late for a meal lol). He roams free guarding the house at night so we feel safe with Bean on patrol. Bean has been so friendly with guests when we have visitors over, he gets very excited so sometimes he can't control his jumping. He jumps very high! He is very sweet and just wants to be loved. He's a wonderful boy, a great protector, and a best friend to watch movies with. If our situation was different, we would never let Bean go. We just want to see him in the BEST home.

Blue Merlin is true blue to his Blue Heeler breed traits. He is all about being in charge and knowing where he is headed in life. This 2-3 year old boy is 40 pounds and a very loyal companion once you earn his trust.  Smart dogs don’t give their hearts to just anyone.  They want an owner to be smarter and as focused in life as they are.  Blue Merlin loves to have you get that leash out and go on adventurous walks He is housebroken, fine in the house uncrated for the day and he loves running around the fenced yard and playing with other dogs and having the time of his life.  He was part of an Amish breeder colony a few months ago and they decided he was not to be a stud anymore and gave him up to a woman who is a traveling nurse who didn't have a consistent home life for him.  has been around cats and wants them to play and if they don't ....he will bark at them for sport but NEVER hurts one.
