Story
My wife picked Orca from an animal shelter in Lancaster, CA, in November of 2017. Orca is a black and white Australian Cattle Dog and is about 7 years old. My wife took Orca with her short and long runs in CA. She used Orca as a personal bodyguard. Also, we lived on a 2.5-acre lot and Orca protected our property. Orca lived primarily outdoors and had a lot of land to run around in. My wife and I retired and moved to Tennessee in April of 2023. In Tennessee, we have become busy with the church and plan to travel more. We are not able to care for Orca as we should and have decided to find a person or family who could pay more attention to Orca. We are looking for a person who can take Orca and to take very good care of her.

Story
Meet Cody! Age: 1 Weight: 73lbs Cody is a handsome boy with a darling personality. He's always smiling from ear to ear. His perky ears flop every which way. And wait until you see his cute booty shake complete with a nubbed tail! Cody can be shy with new people, but he warms up quickly, especially if you have treats. Cody also needs a little time with other dogs before becoming comfortable with them, and he doesn't seem to care that much about playing with other dogs. Cody has chased cats in the past and would probably not do well in a home with them. In a prior home, Cody was housetrained and crate-trained. He also knows sit, stay, and come. Cody needs to lose a little bit of extra chunk around his middle (don't we all?); luckily he loves a relaxed walk and playing with stuffed toys. Cody is already a fantastic family dog, walking buddy, and best friend. He's just waiting for his person or people to find him!

Story
Our Pal Paul is a hearty and big pup that is a Red Heeler mix male, born on May16 and weighing 30 pounds already.  He is the only male of the litter and a substantial 10 pounds larger than all his sisters.  If Paul was a human, he would be a comedian.  A nice comedian that makes you laugh and again makes you love him for all his endearingly soft heart.  Our Pal Paul knows how to exist with all those sisters...he lets them boss him around!  Brilliant Paul.  He is just a pup who is so very easy going and his biggest desire in life is that you spoil him and make him your special baby.  His ears are like none other.  The cutest one up and one down ear flop catches your eye immediately and makes him the most memorable puppy ever.  He is undeniably special and unique.  This hunk is good with children, other dogs and just needs a family to love him for the many years ahead.  We think that Our Pal Paul will be a 60-70 pound boy when fully grown.  If you are interested in this handsome, gentle, goofball, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  He is ready for that new forever home!!! PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.December 3, 2023, 9:11 pm

Story
Page is my name and fun is my game in life!!!  I was born to a Heeler momma who was not supposed to get pregnant.  But her family did not do the right thing and then our momma had us puppies.  Now the family who owns her is trying to find a way to get her pretty puppies adopted.  We were born on May 16th and we have all lived together as puppies for too long.  We are kind of tired of each other and getting grumpy in this humid heat of August.  The family has reached out to Critter Cavalry to ask that we find great homes for us and CCR has pledged to do that.  You see, Critter Cavalry Rescue knows what Heeler breed puppies need and it is this: a fenced yard, smart owners who are active, the ability to be the alpha over the puppy, good training skills, love, and a commitment to work through any challenges.  Critter Cavalry wants people who WILL NOT QUIT when the going gets tough.  They stand behind the dogs but don’t want people who are not able to handle the tougher times.  If you would like to bring home my smart little personality, then please email them at ccrtennessee@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.December 3, 2023, 9:11 pm

Story
My name is Julianna and I am a 3 year old girl that needs a better life and quickly if possible. I am looking for a foster or forever home.   I have lived my whole life in an outdoor Pen with little or no attention from my very senior owner.  I have been getting visits from a  kind neighbor who started 6 months ago taking me out of the pen during the day from time to time and exposing me to the world outside my kennel.  I am used to the chickens now, the cats, the cows and the goats.  I have recently been introduced to other dogs for the first time and I am kind of shy and timid around them.   I really know there is a better life out there and since I am a full Heeler, they say that I am truly smart and a devoted dog to someone that will love me back.   I am good on a leash and I am oh so curious.   Someone took me to PetSmart yesterday and I met a trainer there.  He was very impressed and said that with little effort, I can be a very confident and amazing dog for someone that loves the active herding breed dog that has a high IQ and focus.  I just want to live inside with someone that loves me and lets me sleep there at their feet.  I will be the best dog you ever owned if you bring me home and give me a chance.   I am ready and I am hoping that this Christmas I get to watch the twinkling lights and maybe have a stocking filled with toys and treats just for me.  It would be my very first ever Christmas that is nice.  Please write to ccrtennessee@gmail.com and tell them where you live….City and State.   Critter Cavalry has transport northward and they can put me on the van and bring me northward.   How nice would that be for me and you!????? PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.December 3, 2023, 9:11 pm
