Story
Mousey is an adorable dog and will make a perfect family pet! She loves all other dogs and romps and plays all day at the ranch with many other breeds...kind of like a dog park in reverse. She came from a very high-kill shelter in California and had been dumped as a puppy in the hard streets of a high-crime area. She had one friend in the world, Sopita, who was also saved by Dogtown. When she first got to the ranch, she could not be separated from her friend, but she quickly found a hundred other buddies and learned that life can be a good thing after all. Mousey loves to play, chase a ball and also fun to cuddle. Please get in touch and meet our precious Mousey who wants a family to call her own.May 22, 2024, 5:48 am

Little Lucy was saved being given away in front of a store to just anyone. Luckily our good friend and fellow rescuer at Dogtown Ranch scooped up Little Lucy. All of her littermates died, but thanks to Dogtown, Lucy has survived. She is super gentle and a very calm dog for a little puppy. Super dog friendly and gets along with all the other dogs at Dogtown. Please give us a call today to arrange a meeting with our precious Little Lucy.May 22, 2024, 5:48 am

Story
Meet Luna! 🐾 Luna is about 3 or 4 years old, 35-pound Australian Cattle Dog (91%!) with all the brains, energy, and heart her breed is famous for. She's looking for a new home after her person had to move into assisted living — and now it's time to find her the next great chapter. Luna is the total package: * friendly with everyone she meets, * fully house trained, and * always up for a game — any game, anytime. True to her cattle dog roots, she's smart, athletic, and happiest when she has a job to do. A house with a big yard would be perfect for her, and someone willing to throw the ball (a lot) will have a friend for life. If you've got livestock for her to help herd or work alongside, even better — she'd absolutely thrive with a purpose. If you're looking for a loyal, playful, whip-smart companion who will keep you active and keep your heart full, Luna might just be your perfect match. Come meet her — she's ready to find her forever home!

Story
This little girl was found on the side of a country road near Georgetown, TX at about 10 weeks old (vet estimate). Her litter must have been dumped. We found her eating off a deer carcass and covered in fleas. We brought her home with us, cleaned her up, fed her, and planned to keep her. Unfortunately, we have 2 older dogs, 3 young children, very busy schedules, and just not enough time to get her the attention she deserves. She is now 6 months old and is kennel trained and house trained with the bell method. She does well with our kids, but is a puppy still and will jump and nip at heels. She is very energetic - loves running around, chasing her tail, and playing fetch. She had her first round of shots at 12 weeks, but has not yet been spayed as the vet recommended we wait until after her first heat. She is a very smart dog and a wonderful little companion!

These pups are in Cedar Park, Texas too!

Story
Pyro is a very energetic, playful, intellegent dogs. Pyro had mastered basic commands, housetrained, he never uses crates before so he's not crated training. When in public, Pyro is very shy, he never barks at strangers when he's on a walk, he's very shy, he's not the type of dogs that fall in love with people on the first time. He needs time to open to someone and he never barks at other dogs. He's loved to go to a big parks where not much of people and play fetch. When Pyro see others dogs on a walk, he always stay closer to me, he's very shy with other dogs. He's super affectionate, smart. Once you pulled a trick on him, You will need to think of a new one. He's super affectionate, Pyro would lay in front of your doors and begs to sleep with you which is very hard to resist. Unfortunately, my son who is about to go to college is leaving soon and he's the main person to take care of him. We're too busy to be able to take care of him and hoping to looking for a better fit.
