Mousey is an adorable dog and will make a perfect family pet! She loves all other dogs and romps and plays all day at the ranch with many other breeds...kind of like a dog park in reverse. She came from a very high-kill shelter in California and had been dumped as a puppy in the hard streets of a high-crime area. She had one friend in the world, Sopita, who was also saved by Dogtown. When she first got to the ranch, she could not be separated from her friend, but she quickly found a hundred other buddies and learned that life can be a good thing after all. Little Lucy was saved being given away in front of a store to just anyone. Luckily our good friend and fellow rescuer at Dogtown Ranch scooped up Little Lucy. All of her littermates died, but thanks to Dogtown, Lucy has survived. She is super gentle and a very calm dog for a little puppy. Budro (lil boody) is a little over a year old. I got him not knowing that me and my son were so allergic. I have tried air purifiers/vacuuming and just can’t manage it anymore. Super playful with other dogs and cats (surprisingly). He loves to cuddle but also is very active. Loves playing fetch with my 6 year old. Needs to go to a place with some room to run! He has been staying in the backyard at my house during this nice weather except at night. He is potty trained and sleeps in a crate at night. I have tried leaving him out, but the crate seems to handle the fur more for my situation.

Story
We adopted Charlie from a Williamson County shelter, he's about 10 months old and a very affectionate Australian Cattle Dog. His energy comes and goes where one day he might want to bed rot and relax, then the next day want to be outside running around or chewing on toys. We've not seen him be aggressive nor trying to attack, he's really derpy and likes to have his own space. You might think something is wrong with him at first because he rarely barks or whines, not much seems to phase him even when other dogs bark at him he looks at them in confusion, though if a new dog gets too up in his personal space he might let out a groan as he assesses the other dog. He does not do well with smaller dogs as he tends to push them out of the way in excitement and isn't that well aware of his own physical presence, but he loves to run around and play with dogs his own size at daycare -- he would do great in a home where he is the sole dog or another similar size to match his energy.
