Story
Lil Sebastian has been in a shelter environment since March 2025, and he’s had a hard time adjusting to life behind kennel doors. He arrived at PAWS in May, and like so many sensitive dogs, he's been quietly trying to cope with the noise, stress, and unpredictability of shelter life. We don’t know what Seb’s life looked like before PAWS — but based on his behavior, we can guess that he hasn’t always been treated with kindness. He’s shy and avoidant at first, preferring to hang back and observe. He may not rush up to greet you, and he likely won't be the dog who catches your eye first… but give him a chance, and you’ll discover a truly special companion. With gentle patience, some kind words, and a few tasty treats, Lil Sebastian begins to let his walls down. He’ll tiptoe forward, slowly wag his tail, and eventually give in to the warmth of human connection. Once he realizes you’re safe to be around, he blossoms into a total sweetheart — a goofy, tail-wagging cuddlebug who rolls around, leans into pets, and shows you his playful side. Seb doesn’t need much — just a calm, loving environment where he can feel secure. Whether you're interested in fostering or adopting, you’ll be giving him the gift he’s waited so long for: a place where he can truly relax and be himself.

Story
Georgia is a fun, spirited girl with a happy personality and lots of love to give. She has a higher energy level than some of her calmer shelter friends and would thrive in a home that enjoys staying active. Georgia loves getting out for walks, playtime, and exploring her surroundings, and she’s always ready for her next adventure. She’s friendly, affectionate, and enjoys spending time with her people, especially when there’s fun involved. Georgia would do best with adopters who can provide regular exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to burn off her energy—after which she’s more than happy to relax and enjoy companionship. If you’re looking for a lively, loving dog who will keep you moving and bring joy to your days, Georgia could be the perfect addition to your home. 🧡

Meet Ginger — the perfect mix of outgoing charm and calm companionship. 🧡 Ginger has a friendly, social personality and enjoys being part of the action, but she carries herself with a lovely calmness that makes her such an easy dog to be around. She’s happy to say hello, join you for an adventure, or simply relax by your side. She’s a wonderful leash walker and makes strolls enjoyable and stress-free. Ginger also keeps her area very clean and appears to be potty trained — a tidy girl with great house manners! And when the day winds down, Ginger truly shines as a super cuddler. She loves to snuggle up close and soak in all the affection she can get, happily returning it with warmth and sweetness. Outgoing, well-mannered, and incredibly cuddly — Ginger is ready to be someone’s loving, loyal best friend.
