Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs! To sponsor my trip to WI, go to  www.tailwaggers911.com  for more info!   ***I am able to go home to my forever family right off of transport! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!***   Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on January 9th and arrive on January 10th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!!   Updated: 12/13/2025 Dog Name: Rocket Sex: Male Estimated Breed: Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd Mix Approximate Age: 9-10 weeks Approximate Weight: 7 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Not yet Neutered (too young Description: Rocket and his sister Sundae were found in the middle of the street. Unfortunately, they were not reclaimed and needed a hero to be saved from the local Texas shelter. These babies are absolutely precious and so smart. They are very loving and seem eager to please, likely will do fantastic with commands training and will bond well with their new families!   Adoption Fee: $550We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time, we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. December 14, 2025, 10:21 pm

Adopt a Pet from Mutt Life! Looking to add a furry friend to your family? At Mutt Life Rescue of Wisconsin, we have loving pets waiting for their forever homes. Explore our adoptable animals and find your perfect match today! For the latest updates on the mutts, follow us on Facebook: @muttlifewi Visit our website: Muttlife.org __________ Meet Sienna Sienna made it out of the Georgia kill shelter and safely arrived in Wisconsin with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on November 15 — all thanks to the incredible support of those who helped her get her second chance. She’s now settling into her foster home and doing wonderfully. This sweet girl hasn’t had an easy start to life. Sienna came to the shelter with her mom, Amber — one of our previously adopted Mutt Life dogs. Before rescue, they were neglected and living outside, left to fend for themselves. Despite everything she’s been through, Sienna’s spirit is shining brighter every day. In her foster home, Sienna has shown just how smart and adaptable she is. She is now potty trained, crate trained, and gets along beautifully with the four dogs and two cats she lives with. She absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion. She’s goofy, energetic, and happiest when she’s running around, wrestling, or playing chase with her dog friends. Sienna also loves kids and has been gentle and sweet with the ones she’s met. She can be a little timid at first, and she may need a bit of time to adjust to her new home when she’s adopted — but after everything she’s endured in her short two years, who could blame her? Give her patience, kindness, and love, and she will return it tenfold. This bright, affectionate girl is ready for her forever family. Could that be you? Age: ~2 years Gender: Female Weight: ~50 lbs Breed: Cattledog/Shepherd Mix (best guess) Spayed: Yes Good with Dogs: Yes Good with Cats: Yes Good with Kids: Yes To apply to foster or adopt Sienna, please visit: www.muttlife.org __________ Adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter procedure, up to date dewormer,  vaccinations, and heart worm prevention (age appropriate). You get a 5 day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure its the right fit. 4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue. 5.) Home Visit: After the adoption process we conduct a home visit either in person or via zoom meeting to ensure that everything is going well with the transition and to answer any final questions you may have. 6.) Neuter/spay for puppies: for dogs who are not fixed at the time of adoption, we will reimburse for the procedure once we receive proof of spay/neuter. The procedure MUST be done at HAWS Snip Clinic in Waukesha, WI or Wisconsin Community Veterinarian Center in Madison, WI. If you would like to go through your veterinarian or another location, we will reimburse $150 once we receive proof of the procedure. We recommend spay/neuter around 6 months old. **Note: Adoptions are not considered final until the dog is neutered/spayed if applicable**

Story
Meet Camille- this two month old darling is the sweetest southern belle from Louisiana. Her charm is sure to win you over. Absolutely the cutest velcro puppy full of curiosity, cuddles and the friendliest little girl, she plays wonderfully with her canine foster sisters. • Potty training- going well, with consistency, Camille will have this down in no time. • Kennel training- night time is no problem. Kennel up during the day she may give you a little sass. • Nighttime- for the most part she does sleep through the night. (Unless there is a snowstorm, she got up twice that night.) She is an early riser, Camille is up around 5-5:30am. • Children- she has not been introduced to any. Socializing this young will be a great help, tho. •Weather- She has been going outside for potty breaks no problem. We did take her out for some play time, she started shivering after 10 minutes. She will need to get acclimated to our Wisconsin
