Story
Intake Reason: Transferred from Louisiana Weight: 35 lbs.Known with: ·Cats: Unknown ·Dogs: Unknown ·Kids: UnknownPuppies are magnificent! I am cute, rambunctious, lively and fun. I have so much to learn, discover and explore - just a tiny sponge who is ready to absorb everything you have to teach me and show me. I am counting on you to help me safely navigate the world and experience new things each day to allow me to grow into a confident young dog. That isn’t as exotic and daunting a task as it might sound. Each day I just need to be introduced to one new thing like the sound of a vacuum, a blender or a door bell, walking up and down a step, a ride in a car, hearing a motorcycle or a truck, going somewhere to see new people, even maneuvering a fallen log on a walk. You get the idea, so many things that seem common to you are completely new to me. Speaking of growing, I may be tiny now but I do plan on getting bigger so I would love to take obedience classes to learn proper manners and social skills. I also know I have to practice something called house-training so I know proper potty behavior. A routine and lots of yummy treats and praise will go a long way to helping me master house-training when I potty outside. Puppies and dogs need love, exercise, mental stimulation and consistency to be healthy, happy and confident. I am typically very open to all sorts of housemates; I can be a bit mischievous and may find any other critter as a potential playmate so they will need to understand that about me. I often explore the world with my mouth and while I am teething I like to chew; my little puppy teeth are very sharp so if I am around children we should always be supervised. It is important that children learn about respecting me, too, and treat me gently because I am fragile. Raising a puppy is a big responsibility, a lot of work, and it may interrupt your sleep cycle for a bit, but a courteous and well-behaved dog is certainly worth the investment and I promise to be loyal, love you unconditionally and be a companion forever. I just know I will bring joy and laughter into your home and cannot wait to meet you. Let the adventures begin!#1

Story
Hey there, Fred here. I am a Red Heeler mix that came up from North Carolina. I am a goof, sweet pup who is afraid of cats. I love to be around people of all ages and love kids. I am doing very well with potty training. I am quiet in my kennel at night, but only when I am in the same room with my human foster. I like to play with my doggie foster sister too. I really like treats and to eat my food, so my foster thinks I am going to be a very easy boy to train. If you think I might be the perfect addition to your family please set up a meet and greet so we can see.

Story
Bluey is a sensitive soul looking for a person to just live life with!Just picture life with Bluey: A nice long walk at the local park and then coming home to watch a movie or read a good book with your best friend right by your side. Bluey is ready to be your constant companion. He knows some fun tricks (like play dead and shake) as well as some of the more important basics (sit, leave it, stay). He has proven to be trustworthy when left alone, and is reportedly housebroken.Bluey has lived previously in a home with children, but can be touch sensitive with his tail and paws and would be most successful in a home with children old enough to understand these boundaries. He enjoys dogs with proper introductions! Bluey is looking for a home without cats. Bluey is neutered, is up to date on core vaccinations, has received dewormer, flea, tick, & heartworm prevention, and he is microchipped! If you have any questions about this smart chap, please contact us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org or go to https://www.foxvalleypets.org/adoption/adoptable-pets/ to book an appointment to meet him!
