Story
This little shy guy has a lot to offer his new family. Dutton has a typical heeler personality and behavior traits . He's very sweet and shy initially. Warms up slowly but is always very kind and respectful. He enjoys playing with other dogs . He's good with children just initially shy at first. He has a beautiful and wonderfully sweet disposition. He's being fostered by Ginny in Memphis, Tn. Once an application has been submitted and approved, Ginny would love to speak with you about him. He lives with another dog and two little adorable boys! Once adopted, Dutton will travel on Rescue Vet Transport to his new forever family. The Transport Company travels to the north east each and every weekend, leaving Memphis, Tennessee around 6 AM Friday morning, starting a group chat with adopters and drivers once departed and making stops along the way all the way up until West Greenwich, Rhode Island transport is an additional $185. As always, thank you for adopting your new family member! https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9

Story
Hey everyone, I'm Caleb. My foster mom says Caleb means faithful, which she said describes me exactly. I will be your forever, FAITHFUL friend always by your side thru life. I'm young at only 6 months old and my breed is called a Red Heeler or aka as Australian Cattle Dog. I would be good at having a job to do as long as I get paid with cookies. What's my story you ask? Well the place I came from, they call a puppy mill in Wisconsin. I lived in a cold, dark, dirty barn. But then some nice people came and rescued me and I got to go live with a nice foster family.  They take really good care of me. My foster mom says my spirit was a little broken when I first came but she is helping me fix it. I now get a nice soft, warm bed and blanket to snuggle in, fresh water, good food, lots of yummy treats and they tell me I'm a good boy all of the time. I love being loved on...that's the best part of this new life. I love playing and chasing with the other foster puppies. The resident dogs are fun too...well mostly Cooper because he loves to play chase with me. Sometimes I win and some he wins.My foster mom says I'm a very handsome, smart boy and learn quick. I love playing with toys now that I know what they are. I also like to fetch but sometimes I forget to bring them back. My foster mom says i'm quite silly. I go potty outside like a good boy. At night or when my foster family goes away, I stay in a big xpen in the kitchen and i'm very good in there.I'm a little timid when meeting new people and going new places but i'm gaining more confidence everyday. I love going on walks to explore and smell all the new smells. My foster mom said that I'd be a great hiking companion. I'm very agile and get the zoomies in the fenced backyard. I weigh 30 pounds and shouldn't  get a whole lot bigger. So i'm not too small and not too big...i'm just the right size.I've been to the vet and have all of my vaccinations, dewormings, heartworm preventative. I'm microchipped and neutered. I come with a certified vet inspection which basically says I'm healthy and ready for my new family to come get me. I get to bring along my bed, blanket, favorite toys, treats, a bag of food, an extra month of flea&tick prevention and an extra month of heartworm prevention. Plus, and the most importantly, You will get a faithful, forever friend to walk by your side. I will listen to all you troubles and never judge. All of this for my adoption fee of $500.Will you be my bestest new friend? Please fill out an application at www.nbstr.orgBy the way, I'm currently in Allenton, WIThanks for reading, Caleb

Please go to our website, http://www.hoovershausealldogrescue.com/ and complete the adoption application. MUST BE 24 YEARS TO ADOPT!! Once your application is approved, the WI manager will call you to discuss adoption, answer questions and set up a private meet and greet if you are interested. This process can take up to 7 days. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ADOPTION APPLICATION: www.hoovershausealldogrescue.com EVERY DOG IS UP TO DATE ON VACCINES FOR THEIR AGE.                                           RABIES VACCINE IF OLD ENOUGH.  SPAYED OR NEUTERED (regardless of age) NO EXCEPTIONS HEARTWORM and FLEA/TICK PREVENTATIVE MICROCHIPPED CERTIFIED VETERINARIAN INSPECTION CERTIFICATE ***WE ARE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC*** ADOPTIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Rozzlo is a 1 year old, Red Heeler and Shepherd mix  Rozzlo and his litter mates were surrendered to the shelter at just 1 month old. He spent 2.5 months in the shelter, until his foster mom came in one day to pick out a new foster pup before Christmas! He has been with his foster mom for quite some time now because he requires an extra special someone to spend his life with.  He has a typical goofy puppy personality. He’s about 55 pounds and is great for someone looking for a dog that’s about the average size of a heeler. He loves his toys and tug of war is his favorite game. He enjoys a good game of chuck, too. Due to his breed mixture, he is extremely smart and learns most things quickly. He is kennel trained, potty trained, basic obedience trained, he rides well in the car (in his kennel), he walks well on leash, and loves to cuddles. He is not allowed on all of the furniture, so he does have an understanding of house rules. He tolerates baths, but is amazing at getting his nails done, teeth brushing, and fur brushing! He is very funny, loves to rough house with his people, and loves to talk.  He will require some form of daily exercise and training to keep him balanced and fulfilled. However, he does not require an unmanageable amount.  Rozzlo is looking for a very special person or family. This person must understand dog behavior and be willing to take on the responsibility of a dog who will need special care & training to thrive. Due to being dropped at the shelter so young and his genetic make-up, Rozzlo has some sass. He needs to be the only pet and the only child, for the rest of his life. He loves his adult humans, but needs to have someone that won’t force him to try to “make friends” with everyone. He’s pretty shy and doesn’t really trust strangers. As long as his person advocates for him and his space, he does fine out and about.  As always, we never guarantee the breed OR the size they'll be as an adult. MY ADOPTION FEE is $125.00 and I am only available in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area We thank you for ADOPTING A HOOVERS HAUSE RESCUE DOG..... every dog adopted allows us to open our homes to save another! She has a soft unique coat, stunning blue eyes and will stay a small/medium size.  Adoption Fee: $450We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs by 6 months of age. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months of age, they will need to be spayed/neutered at one of our preferred clinics. This will be determined by your contract along with the month they should have their surgery. This is included in your adoption fee. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as PENDING, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. July 24, 2024, 8:24 am
