Story
Beautiful Reese is a very special girl. She came into rescue blind but gets along great with all the other pups! Reese is gentle, very well mannered, house-trained & walks well on a leash. She’s a happy girl that loves life, affection, people, playing with other dogs and treats! She would do best in a home with another dog for her have as a companion. She loves all dogs, people and children. She loves being outside in nice weather, going for walks and car rides , and snuggling on the couch with her people. Being blind has not slowed her down and most people don't even know until we tell them. She will bring love and joy to her forever home and family. Come meet Reese in her Gilbert foster home and fall in love!🥰

Story
Hi there, I'm Ruby—and I'm ready to love you forever. I’m about 2 years old, a mixed breed girl with a heart full of snuggles and a nose that’s always ready for kisses. Life hasn’t always been easy—I was found wandering the streets with my brother Rusty, scared and unsure of the world. But then we landed at Central Arizona Animal Rescue, and wow… they gave us love, safety, and belly rubs. Total game-changer. I’ve had a couple of homes since then. The first one was lovely, but there was a little dog there who just didn’t vibe with me. Same thing happened in the second home. So now I’m back at the rescue, hoping third time’s the charm. This time, I’m asking for a home with no little dogs, please. I get along great with people and big dogs—I just need a space where I can be my best self. &#226&#156&#168 Here’s what I bring to the table: I’m spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all my shots I walk like a pro on leash and I’m house trained I’m super smart and love learning new things I’m obsessed with squeaky toys, tasty treats, and cozy dog beds I’ve got a gorgeous reddish coat, white-tipped toes, a sweet red nose, and eyes that’ll melt your heart. I weigh around 40–50 pounds and while no one knows exactly what breeds are in my mix, I’ve heard whispers of Australian shepherd and red nose Staffordshire terrier. Honestly? I’m just Ruby. One of a kind. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and slightly goofy best friend, I’m your girl. I promise to make you laugh, keep you company, and love you with everything I’ve got. Come meet me at Central Arizona Animal Rescue. Just email mike@caaronline.org to set up a visit. I’ll be waiting—with tail wags and hopeful eyes. Love, Ruby   PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Story
Hi, I'm Bella—and I'm Ready to Love Again Hi there. My name is Bella, and I’m looking for something really special: a forever home. Not just a place to sleep, but a place where I can finally feel safe, loved, and wanted. I’m only 2 years old, an Australian Shepherd mix with a heart full of hope and a tail that’s learning to wag again. I didn’t always know what kindness felt like. Not long ago, I was moments away from being left at a crowded pound. I overheard the word “euthanasia,” and even though I didn’t understand everything, I knew something was very wrong. I was scared—so scared. But then, like a miracle, someone stepped in and said, “Wait. Let me help.” That person saved my life and brought me to Central Arizona Animal Rescue. When I first arrived, I was terrified. I didn’t know if I could trust anyone. I didn’t know if I was safe. I was underweight, my fur was matted, and my spirit was shaken. But the kind humans here gave me time. They didn’t rush me. They let me heal. And slowly, I began to believe again. It took me three whole weeks to relax enough to show my real self. Now? I’m playful, curious, and learning every day. I share my kennel with a sweet boy dog, and we get along great. I’m not sure how I feel about cats yet—I haven’t met any—but I’m open to learning. I do have a habit of jumping up when I get excited (I just want to be close to you!), but I’m working on it. I listen when I’m corrected, and I’m trying so hard to be my best self. I might be a little too bouncy for tiny humans, but older kids and grown-ups? I’d love to be your shadow. I’ve been spayed, and I’ll be up-to-date on all my vaccinations before I go home. I want to be healthy and ready for all the adventures we’ll have together—walks, cuddles, maybe even hikes if you’re into that. I’m still gaining weight and confidence, but I promise you this: I have so much love to give. I don’t know what my past held, but I know what I want for my future. I want a family who sees me not as a project, but as a partner. Someone who understands that I’ve been through a lot, but I’m still standing. Still hoping. Still wagging. If you think you might be the one I’ve been waiting for, please reach out. You can email my friends at the rescue atmike@caaronline.org to set up a time to meet me. I’ll be here, dreaming of the day I get to go home—for good. With love and hope, Bella   PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt.
