Story
Meet Rocket! This speed hound transferred to us from Orange County Animal Care! A past adopter of ours was enjoying an outing with her pup at an Orange County dog park when they found that Rocket had been abandoned there. Orange County Animal Control came out and confirmed he was abandoned before sending him to their local shelter. After his stray hold was up, with no one coming to claim him, we transferred Rocket directly into a foster home! Rocket is such a speedy boy who loves to wrestle and race around with the most active pups in his foster home. His foster home is filled with 5 dogs, one other foster dog (Penny), and 4 cats. Rocket is an intelligent, highly active, playful, and curious velcro dog who would love nothing more than to find his forever home! Regarding COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses: Please reschedule any visits if you are sick.

Story
This is Rusty! He’s a 10 year old Australian shepherd male. Overall he’s a very good boy. We have a toddler that loves to explore and is a little too rough with rusty. He has gotten irritated and tried nibbling at her. We’ve decided the best thing to do is find a new home for him. Among other things, we think it’s best for him to go to a home with old kids that won’t push him or interrupt his feeding time. He usually does well with other dogs that aren’t too hyper. Sometimes he will bark/growl at dogs that don’t play with him gently. He gets very excited with small animals so I don’t recommend him going to home with those. He has bitten me and my boyfriend while we tried to restrain him from going outside while a stranger was at the door. I will update his vaccines. I usually have him groomed also.

Story
Coax and Jameson are six-year-old Aussie/Husky mix brothers, 65 lbs each, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. They were raised from an accidental litter and need a new home after their family moved and downsized following the arrival of a newborn. Outdoors They're high-energy, smart, and eager to please; indoors They're mellow, affectionate, and independent. Coax is the more expressive sibling, while Jameson is gentle and quiet. They alert to strangers near the home but are friendly on walks. They do well with similar-sized dogs and are good with smaller animals when supervised. Both have no history of aggression toward people or children. Jameson previously had a damaged tooth removed but has no current issues. Their last vet visit was 08/01/2025. They're healthy, playful companions looking for an active home. It is with a heavy heart that I need to rehome them. They are my my family- but the change in lifestyle is unfair to them.
