Auggie is a sweet loving working dog. He is 4 years old and weighs 47 lbs. He loves kisses and to please people. He is a cuddler. He has some agility training and competes in nose work. He is good with other dogs at daycare, but should be an only dog. Auggie is leash, crate and muzzle trained. He will also do tricks for you. He loves car rides. Playing tug and fetch. He has great recall. He is on a low fat diet to treat his PLE, but it is well managed with diet. Owner has medical issues and is unable to care for him.

Outdoors They're smart, and eager to please; indoors They're mellow, affectionate, and independent. Coax is the more expressive sibling, while Jameson is gentle and quiet. Their last vet visit was 08/01/2025. They're healthy, playful companions looking for an active home. It is with a heavy heart that I need to rehome them. Ruben is a very beautiful 1 1/2 year old who looks like an Australian Shepherd/ maybe Border Collie blend. He’s full grown at about 45 pounds He’s definitely a super attractive dog in many ways. Everybody loves Aussie shepherds and for good reason. Aussies are smart, gentle, affectionate, good looking, and make wonderful family dogs. He’s athletic, attentive, fun, and funny. Ruben is housebroken and crate trained, and he’s wonderful with other dogs and has been around goats and horses and donkeys and even chickens. He’s not a barker and it’s not a big shedder, and he’s also doesn’t wander off or ever jump fences or dig in the garden. Ruben has a wonderful pure white shimmering silky soft coat with a few dark speckles and blackish silvery ears — he is really one handsome fellow! Although Ruben is playful and athletic, he is not at all hyper - he's just a lot of fun, and he's gentle and mellow - he'd never think of nipping or biting anyone. Of course, he’s neutered and up-to-date on all his shots, and I have his med records for his new forever family. I am a firm believer is having potential adopters take a pup home for a “sleepover” to see how your family, your other pets, and your new best buddy all get along. We always take our rascals back if it isn’t a good fit. When Abner's mom passed away, she left behind many dogs that ended up at Bonita Shelter. They were all seniors, and we were able to rescue 6 of them! Abner is 11 years old and weighs 69 lbs. Isn't he handsome? After receiving the medical care he needed, including a neuter, dental care, and mass removal, Abner recovered in the comfort of a foster home during a two-week Frosted Fling. His foster mom reports: "Abner, aka Fluffernutter, is such a quiet, sweet floof! He likes other animals, pretty much ignores my kitty, and is happy to meet all my neighbor dogs He is food motivated and takes treats very gently Abner likes kids! Lots of hugs, squeals, and kisses when he met my neighbor's girls. He is fully house-trained. He tried marking the first day, but after that was completely fine and can go hours without a trip outside. He sleeps through the night and exhibits no separation anxiety at all. He doesn't seem to be a fan of stairs, other than the few to get in my home. He trotted up and down a full flight outdoors at the park, but won't do the stairs in my home. He needs a lift to get in the car. Abner is a quiet pup. I only heard him bark once, and that was at the painters across the street. He likes his walks and does a little happy prance when he sees the leash. I've walked him about a mile, and he was fine. Abner likes to snuggle on the floor, but doesn't get up on furniture. He's slow to show his playful side, but it's adorable -(see video)! He was with me for over a week before he picked up a toy and really sought attention. Such a cutie pie!"
