Max is the dog on the left in this photo, the black and tan. She is a beautiful young girl who was initially rescued as a small puppy with her family from a farm in the Central Valley where they were abandoned. She has been living with a foster and now she needs to find her forever family. She is very sweet, very playful, has lots of energy, and loves her people. She is dog friendly, not sure about cats. She'd be a great dog for an active person or family. She will need a decent sized yard to run around in, and some practice going on walks, since her current caregiver hasn't taken her on walks. She is good about going in her crate when she is told. She will need to be spayed, but is up to date on all vaccinations and is in perfect health. We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Sweet Danilo! He is thought to be a Aussie mix. He has wiry fur and weighs 36 lbs. He's almost a year old and seems to be full grown. He was rescued from the streets of Mexico where life was hard but he's adjusted well and is grateful for his life here in the US. Danilo gets along with other dogs of all sizes. He is nervous with new people but bonds very quickly. Danilo rides perfectly in the car. He loves to chase bubbles and play with toys. He is quiet pup who is just a gem of a boy. He is neutered and his vaccinations are up to date. Danilo's adoption is $350 with a $100 training deposit also due upon adoption. Training must be provided in a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The training deposit will be refundable within 3 months of the adoption date. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Awesome Jericho's Promise Jagger is available for adoption in Southern California! Super sweet boy looking for a family that likes leash walks only, or likes staying home without many visitors. He is a perfect boy at home with his people, but gets defensive/possibly protective of his family when others come over, or he meets them on walks. With his family, he is the sweetest boy, and very well behaved, he is potty trained, and crate trained. He gets along great with other dogs and is ok with cats. He gets along with children that he belongs to, but not children that he doesn't know well. He is apprx one year old. His mama is a dachshund/terrier mix, but he looks like he also has lab in his mix, and maybe a spaniel of some sort. Whatever he is, he is a GORGEOUS boy! Long curly hair, that is glossy black. He weighs about 35 pounds, so a great size for someone in an apartment that doesn't want a tiny dog. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
