Story
Meet Jojo, a lively 1 year old Aussie mix bursting with energy and in search of an active family! Jojo is a fantastic walking companion with excellent leash manners and is fully potty trained. Though she can be selective with her doggie friends, she thrives in the company of male dogs and loves engaging in rough-and-tumble play.Jojo would flourish in a home with a fenced-in yard, perfect for her energetic nature. She adores long walks, tug-of-war, fetch, and running around the yard, but her absolute favorite activity is splashing in the pool. This water loving girl loves to cool off by laying right in the water. If you're an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures or beach days, Jojo is the perfect match. Story
Harley is a sweetheart that loves any attention especially when she wants to play ball. she could play ball all day long :) she did a beginning obedience class and can sit, lay down, and stay for the most part. she doesn't like to be far from our side so she doesn't like to stay for too long. We leave her out during the day and she just lays on the couch when we aren't home and is always so happy when we walk through the door. she needs a good caring home where she is the only dog. ❤️

Story
Banks is fostered in Ottumwa, Iowa.  Say hello to this handsome and INCREDIBLY sweet boy named Banks. Banks is a male, standard aussie, weighing about 40 lbs and is estimated around 5 years old. Banks is a SWEET boy and would love nothing more than a home with plenty of love and another outgoing dog friend. Banks' first few years were spent with approximately 60 other dogs on a property.  When the man was getting evicted, he gave away all the dogs to random people that arrived to pick one out.  Thankfully, Banks was given to a responsible person that allowed us to take him into rescue. H is coat was in rough shape with matting and had to be shaved/  His coat has returned nicely and he looks REMARKABLE. Banks goes to doggie daycare and plays well with many other dogs. Banks will chill after a fair amount of play, chew on antlers or bones. Banks is being fostered with many other dogs and does wonderfully. Banks has great house manners; is crate trained and house trained. While Banks is a little timid and shy, he is SOOO happy and has learned SO MUCH in foster care.  He does seek out pets from his foster home and even gives a few kisses.  He also sleeps in the bed with other dogs and does VERY well being left out in the house. Banks will do best with another outgoing, social dog in the home to take cues from.  Banks does require a physically fenced yard.  Banks is even good with cats.  Little kids may scare Banks, so no children under 10 years of age.   Banks is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccines (including Lyme) and is receiving monthly preventatives for fleas, ticks and heartworms.  Proof of heartworm preventatives for all past and current pets is required to adopt from us.  If you have what it takes to help Banks blossom into the bestest boy, please visit our website for more information on our adoption process, see our adoption fees, and find a link to our adoption application.  www.MidwestAustralianShepherdRescue.org.   NOTE:  All of our dogs live in foster homes with volunteers so we need an approved application on file to set up a meet with a dog you might have an interest in.  Please visit our website for more information on our adoption process, our adoption fees and a link to our adoption application.  We pride ourselves on matches that work for both the dog and your family.  MASR is here for your support, advice and safety net for our dogs for the remainder of their lives.  www.MidwestAustralianShepherdRescue.org ##1850267##
