There is a beautiful, kind smart athletic mixed breed dog named Karma in need of a new home as her owner has relocated to Georgia and couldn't take her. She is crate trained and will not go in the garbage or chew on shoes/furniture. She is good with other dogs, cats and children. Her bad habits are occasional whining, leash pulling. She’s good off leash, hasn’t bitten anyone or anything. Approximately 50 pounds and 8 years old. She got all her shots as a puppy from Banfield. Has not had any serious medical issues injury or disease.

Hi! I’m Corona and I’ve been expanding my horizons lately and now I’m finally ready to continue to do that with my forever family! I’ve been working really hard and I’m getting more and more brave every day! Walks are the best even though putting on leashes is still pretty scary. Getting pet is also amazing and I love to seek out affection (especially chin scratches!!) - - BUT I still think it’s very creepy and suspicious when people try too hard (I hope they want to pet me and not eat me!!!) Good thing we have a hand signal so I can come and get pets without feeling like I’m being chased. I can’t believe I was missing out on them for so long!I get a ton of confidence from being with my (dog) foster sisters! They aren’t afraid of anything so I like to check in with them when I’m not too sure what to do.I get so excited in the morning when my foster mom is getting ready for work! Sometimes I get to go with so I’m used to long car rides, being around lots of other dogs and most importantly lots of treats!Thank you for reading!Tail Wags!Corona MacaroniCorona came to us extremely fearful, afraid of being touched and terrified of being approached by people. He was fostered by our trainer where he got the patience, understanding and socialization he needed to become a happy fulfilled dog. We are so proud of our little guy! He’s come such a long way and we want to be sure we find an adopter that will be dedicated to and excited about his continued progress! He needs a patient owner who wants to continue to work with him and help him thrive, someone who will find joy in helping him build confidence and find joy in celebrating all of his little wins! Story
I am a 7 year old Aussie born in Utah. I was adopted as a puppy, trained, and have traveled around the US with my family . I love the outdoors and long hikes where I can be off leash. I am pretty great with recall, I know tricks and am house trained. I am an amazing companion dog for someone who has lots of land, or needs a working dog. I am smart, loyal, and protective. Unfortunately, I have had behavioral issues since I was a puppy. I am scared to be alone and will bite doors when they are closed in front of me. I am reactive, and have a few triggers, like the word “bye” and to physical objects, like plastic bags. My family thinks I have a hard time differentiating from non- threats and true threats. I’ve tried crate training, and other forms of positive reinforcement at home, but it hasn’t worked very well. My family are unable to get me the professional help I need right now and they want me to go to a good home who can help me get better!
