Story
✨ Meet Andy ✨ This sweet boy has been with us since July 2024. His siblings have all been adopted, but somehow the best boy is still waiting for his forever home. Andy is amazing with other dogs and cats, and he absolutely LOVES kids. He rides wonderfully in the car, is kennel trained and house trained, and has the perfect mix of fun and manners. Andy would love an active home where he can enjoy walks, hikes, and even bike rides. He deserves a family to call his very own and a place to finally settle in and be loved. If you’ve been looking for the perfect adventure buddy and loyal companion… Andy is your guy. 💛

Story
Charly is a female, two year old Aussie/Heeler. Her birthday is 12/24/23. She has a very energetic and playful personality that my schedule unfortunately doesn't align with. She loves toys, walks, and belly rubs. She played well with her brothers but has not been around other dogs outside of vet visits, however she did not seem aggressive toward them. Similarly, she has never shown any food aggression and instead waits patiently for her bowl to be filled. However, she can be wary of strangers and needs time to warm up to them. My full-time job has me away for 9-10 hours a day and she is potty trained to stay inside or, weather permitting, has zero escape attempts from the backyard. She is a velcro dog at heart though and wants to shadow her people, going wherever they go, so a home with more than just one person would be perfect so she isn't alone anymore.

We are currently having issues with our adoption inquiry webform. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with an animal or multiple animals, please email us directly at info@animalhope.org or call us 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.The Princess and the Frog pups are still available for adoption, and we would love to find them the wonderful homes they deserve. Their adoption fee is $300, though we’re happy to be flexible — what matters most to us is that they end up with families who will cherish them. These little ones are about 4 months old and weigh around 10 lbs. We’ve cared for them since they were just 3 weeks old. Their mom (a medium to large sized Australian Shepherd mix) and the litter were found alone in a field, and we stepped in to make sure they were safe, healthy, and loved. There were originally five pups, and we now have two still waiting for their forever homes. They’ve received all their vaccinations (including rabies), a full veterinary exam, microchips, fecal testing, flea and heartworm prevention, and they were spayed on 1/6/2025. They’ve grown up surrounded by care, routine, and affection — and they’re ready to bring that same love into someone’s life.To adopt, you must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.Do you have any questions, or would you like to schedule a time to meet them?If you have any questions, please contact Animal Hope. Our rules, policies, and procedures only allow us to adopt in TARRANT COUNTY for Puppies under 15 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS.All Meet and Greets are by appointment only. Story
🐾 Meet Hondo, the superstar of the rescue! This charming little guy was once a stray but has undergone a fabulous makeover at SCF and is now on the hunt for his forever home! Don’t let his blindness fool you—Hondo is one smart cookie! At 7 years old, this mini Aussie is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to bring joy to your life. He’s got skills, too! Hondo knows how to use a doggie door and is a master snuggler, just waiting for his human buddy! While he adores his humans, he prefers to be the solo star of the show, so he’d love to be your one and only pup. For his safety, he needs a secure, visible fence to roam around. Hondo is adoptable within 3 hours of Granbury, TX, for a fee of $200. Ready to make this sweet boy part of your family? Check out the adoption application at www.scftx.org/adopt! 🐶❤️
