Charly is a female, two year old Aussie/Heeler. Her birthday is 12/24/23. She has a very energetic and playful personality that my schedule unfortunately doesn't align with. She loves toys, walks, and belly rubs. She played well with her brothers but has not been around other dogs outside of vet visits, however she did not seem aggressive toward them. Similarly, she has never shown any food aggression and instead waits patiently for her bowl to be filled. However, she can be wary of strangers and needs time to warm up to them. My full-time job has me away for 9-10 hours a day and she is potty trained to stay inside or, weather permitting, has zero escape attempts from the backyard. She is a velcro dog at heart though and wants to shadow her people, going wherever they go, so a home with more than just one person would be perfect so she isn't alone anymore.

Their adoption fee is $300, though we’re happy to be flexible — what matters most to us is that they end up with families who will cherish them.These little ones are about 4 months old and weigh around 10 lbs. We’ve cared for them since they were just 3 weeks old. Their mom (a medium to large sized Australian Shepherd mix) and the litter were found alone in a field, and we stepped in to make sure they were safe, healthy, and loved. There were originally five pups, and we now have two still waiting for their forever homes.They’ve received all their vaccinations (including rabies), a full veterinary exam, microchips, fecal testing, flea and heartworm prevention, and they were spayed on 1/6/2025. They’ve grown up surrounded by care, routine, and affection — and they’re ready to bring that same love into someone’s life.To adopt, you must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.Do you have any questions, or would you like to schedule a time to meet them?If you have any questions, please contact Animal Hope.
