Story
Meet Geneva!Geneva is one of the sweetest dogs her foster family has ever met. She currently lives with another dog and two young children, fitting right in with both. Playful and affectionate, Geneva loves spending time with her people and responds well to directions. She is house-trained and would do great in a home with or without another dog.Her foster family found her abandoned on the side of the road after she had been hit by a car. With lots of care and love, she made a full recovery, even undergoing hip replacement surgery. Now, she runs and plays just like any other 1 year old dog. However, it’s recommended to be mindful around much larger or aggressive dogs to ensure she stays safe. This sweet, resilient girl is ready for a forever family that can give her all the love and time she needs. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Dustin!Dustin is an almost 2 year old Mini Australian Shepherd, who is looking for a very patient and loving home. He`s quite timid around new people and surroundings and will need time to decompress and come out of his shell.Dustin is VERY dog friendly and loves to play with his friends. His little wiggle butt is adorable with his friends. He`s been exposed to chickens and would love to herd them if offered the chance! However, he`s unsure of cats. Before rescue, he was herding cattle on a ranch, but now enjoys the calm rest of a loving home. He needs a secure fenced yard to keep his herding tendencies safe at home.Dustin is house trained and will let you know by pacing the back door or chatting about how he needs to go outside. He really loves his crate! Like so so much. He naps the days away, safely tucked inside with the door open, and then sleeps all night - without a peep!Dustin is timid around new people and would benefit from a home either without kids or with older kids who can respect his space. He prefers women and it would be best if his forever home had another dog so he can learn how to be a dog.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Flora!Flora is the sweetest little pup with a big personality! She loves to run around and play with her toys, then crash for a nap—either in her cozy bed or right in your lap. But don’t be fooled by her cuddly side—Flora is also the life of the party! She adores meeting new people and pups, and she’ll definitely steal the spotlight at the park or farmers market. When she’s all worn out, she’s happiest snuggled up next to her favorite human.Flora is crate-trained when left alone, but at night she prefers to sleep near her people or cuddle up with a furry sibling. She’s great with kids, non-reactive to cats, and already uses the doggie door like a pro!Flora truly is a special pup—loving, social, and full of charm. All she needs now is her perfect person or family to share all her snuggles and adventures with. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. Meet Fawn!Fawn is an absolute sweetheart with the most stunning eyes you’ve ever seen! This playful, affectionate pup is full of energy and loves to cuddle after a good play session. He’s still a young puppy, so he thrives on routine and structure—perfect for a family that can keep him engaged and active.Fawn is doing great with potty training and has quickly adapted to using a doggie door. At night, he sleeps soundly in his crate, usually going down around 9:30–10:00 PM and waking up between 6:30–6:45 AM, though his schedule can easily be adjusted to fit his forever home. He’s currently fed three times a day and, like most puppies, he’s still in that chewy stage—so plenty of toys are a must! Fawn is well-socialized and gets along wonderfully with kids, other dogs, and even cats. He’s a loving, energetic pup ready to find a forever home that will continue helping him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. Story
Meet Summer! Howdy, they call me Summer because I bring the sunshine, happiness and laughter to every party! I am 1 year old and I love like there is no tomorrow and am as gentle as you need me to be. When my foster family first said yes to me, they had zero clue just how sick I really was, because I showed as little as possible that side of me. And showed them nothing but the happy, grateful, playful side of me. If that gives you any idea of how laid back temperament wise I am. Ideally I would love to find an active family or adult who will give me endless car rides if they like, or all the cuddles and wiggly butt smiles they can take, or what ever adventure they may have in mind.I do have a lot of energy, but if you aren’t as energetic that is okay too! I LOVE CATCH!!!!! I light up when you throw a ball for me and I will come rushing back to drop the ball back near your feet. I am that girl! So have no fear of your lifestyle with me, as long as you can love me and throw me balls galore; we should be loving life to the fullest. I can’t wait to meet you and until then my foster mom and Nona are taking really good care of me. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
