🌸 Meet Annie — Your High-Energy, Big-Hearted Bestie 🌸 Annie is the sweetest burst of energy you’ll ever bring home. She’s a young dog with true puppy energy and a huge love for her people. Annie thrives on attention, closeness, and being part of whatever you’re doing — she’s a certified velcro girl in the best way. She loves to play and has a big, enthusiastic play style, which is why she’ll do best in a home with kids 7+ or adults who enjoy an active, lively companion. Walks, backyard ball throwing, and general adventuring are right up her alley. When the day winds down, Annie flips the switch into cuddle mode and happily sleeps on the bed with her person. Important placement notes: 🏡 Annie needs to be an only pet — she is not comfortable living with other dogs or cats long-term. While she has played well with a foster sibling, we are not comfortable placing her in a home with existing pets. 🦴 Annie is also a chewer and will happily destroy unattended items like shoes, kids’ plush toys, and holiday décor. Puppy-proofing and appropriate chew outlets will be important for her success. Her previous family made the heartbreaking decision to rehome her when their senior, 12-year-old dog could no longer share space comfortably, and a few scuffles occurred. Annie has shown she does best when her environment is structured, enriched, and centered around her. ✨ Potty trained ✨ Crate trained ✨ Doggie-door savvy ✨ Loyal, playful, affectionate Annie has so much joy and love to give and will absolutely flourish in a home that matches her energy and sets her up for success. If you’re looking for a devoted, fun-loving companion who wants to be your shadow, your hype girl, and your cuddle buddy — Annie might be your perfect match. 💛🐾

COMING SOON. . . ✨ MEET JOVIEE ✨ Aussie / Border Collie mix Almost 3 months old Currently accepting applications for Best Dog Ever (entry level) Joviee is the cutest dang puppy and she knows it. She’s smart, confident, curious, and fully operating on puppy logic: play hard, nap harder, repeat. She’s got that perfect combo of goofy chaos + thoughtful independence that makes her both fun and manageable. She’s already crate trained and knows the command to go in her crate — and yes, she goes right in like a tiny overachiever. Potty training is still a work in progress (she’s a baby, be kind), and leash skills are TBD since she can’t be on public ground yet. But make no mistake… this girl is SMART and picking things up fast. 🐾 Social resume: • Good with dogs • Good with kids (playful, enthusiastic, joyful) • Good with cats (curious but mostly respectful — 10/10 effort) ⚡ Personality download: Adventurous • Chill • Clever • Confident • Goofy • Quirky • Playful • Independent Basically: she’s the puppy who keeps you laughing, surprises you with how fast she learns, then crashes for a nap like she’s been working a full-time job. Joviee will thrive in just about any home ready for puppy energy, structure, training, and a little bit of chaos. She’s going to grow into a goofy, intelligent, well-rounded doggo — the kind you brag about later like “yeah, she was always this smart.” 💛 If you’re ready to raise a fun, clever puppy into your next great dog — Joviee might be your girl. 👉 Apply on our website

Story
Meet Wedge! I’m an eight-year-old boy weighing 21 pounds. I’m housebroken, crate-trained, and I can even use a doggie door! Now, let me tell you what I love and don’t love. I absolutely adore traveling, camping, small hikes, and walks. I love people-watching at dog-friendly patios and watching whatever catches my eye on TV. I’m not a night owl and love to go to bed early. I’m happy to sleep in my bed, but I’m always up for an invite to share yours. On the other hand, I don’t like being around a lot of people in small spaces. And I’m not a fan of little people in my face. I’m more of the quiet and reserved kind of guy. I like other dogs that are my size and calm. (I’m not sure how I feel about cats.) And I’m not really into giving kisses. But if you’re up for showering me with kisses and love, I’m all ears!If you’re looking for a good, loving, and quiet handsome little guy, swipe right and let’s meet!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Mia was given to me by my neighbor who was diagnosed with cancer. I don't have her health records but she said she was up to date on her vaccinations and I don't believe she's microchipped. I believe her to be about 3 or 4 years of age. Mia is highly intelligent and will be easily trainable. Intuitive of human emotion, she seems to always sense my moods and reacts. Mia is sweet as honey, and she still has that puppy energy and then loves to snuggle up. If you want a sweet, playful, affectionate, highly trainable young pup, she would make a great fit. She needs a young family that can take her out for walks and give her a life that I can't. She deserves it. I don't know why it says required spayed, that's not my policy.

Story
Milo is a 9-10 year old, very sweet and loving Smooth Coat Border Collie who we adopted from the Dallas Animal Services years ago. He is truly an anxious dog, but specifically around young kids, strangers. Milo loves to ride in the car and sits happily looking out the windshield. House trained, sleeps in his own dog bed, LOVES attention, also loves his walks. Follows us happy around all day long. No matter how big he gets, he still thinks he is a lap dog & loves to cuddle up. Milo is a true sweetheart! We have a full house of 9 people, three of which are children. While he is attached to most everyone in the house, but at times there is just too much commotion happening for him. After all this time, he is still anxious with my adult son in particular. He needs a home where he is an only dog (he's jealous), and where there are 1-2 people at most. Please know he is wonderful and it breaks our hearts to consider giving him up.
