Connor is one of the lucky dogs participating in our new program Enduring Service! This program pairs a shelter dog with inmates at the Travis State Jail to complete a 12-week basic training course. Upon graduation, they will receive a course certificate of completion and a goodie bag to go home with their adoptive family.Connor is not currently onsite at the shelter but to learn more about him and how to adopt, select the “Get Started” button to hear from a staff member! Connor is a smart, fast-learning pup who loves being around people and other dogs. He enjoys playtime with friends but is just as happy entertaining himself with a favorite rope toy. He is both house trained and kennel trained for day and night, though he may need a little encouragement to go into his kennel. Connor is still very much a puppy, but he's a well-behaved one with a great foundation. He would do best in a home that will continue his training and offer patience as he grows and learns.
