Story
Willow is looking for a person who understands a drivey bully breed/ bulldog temperament like hers, who loves the quirks of a bull dog, The Willow situation: Willow has lived with a wonderful family for a couple of years now. She is still in need of a home who is ideal for her and her special needs but she has come a very very long way. She is deaf and has one eye, she has been through a lot of personal training, is also trained in hand signs and to use a stim collar (vibrate recall) etc.In the RIGHT situation with routine she mostly lays around all day, and is an easy bull dog 90%. She needs a home without other animals and while she absolutely loves kids, she is too strong for them at times. This may seem silly, but the problem is that while she is VERY tolerant of kids, she is also an extreme leg humper🤦🏼‍♀️.. yup! And sometimes she gets super excited and will grab onto a leg and scratch you up if you don't correct her and kiddos aren't strong enough to do this. She is very very strong. In a home with other animals she is very different- she has high drive and becomes neurotic and overstimulated and very difficult in a home with other animals. In the wrong home she can be difficult to manage so we are looking for the right situation now that we have her figured out. Crate trained, potty trained, great temperament. She thrives and requires a strong calm structure and leadership. She can be very submissive to her people but can also be pushy and dominant if you aren't managing her properly. It is hard to get her attention with her hearing special needs and loss of an eye, so her person needs to continue to work on her on e collar recall/ hand signals. She has already received lots of training. We want to ensure that her adoptive home will love and keep her for life.🐾 Go to www.k9ppr.org to send us an adoption application and tell us all about you and the home you would give sweet Willow! #k9ppr loves their bulldogs! Opt to adopt!-Treadmill trained-Can get too excited (overstimulate), like many bully breeds, so she thrives and requires a strong calm structure and leadership.- Too much prey drive for cats, and while she can now be around other dogs in a controlled setting, she should not live with other dogs. - Can be very submissive to her people but can also be pushy and dominant if you aren't managing her properly. - She is Active but calms down and chills. - She loves kids but right now we are looking for an adult home It is hard to get her attention with her hearing special needs and loss of an eye, so her person needs to continue to work on her on e collar recall/ hand signals. She has already received intensive training, and is awesome with her trainer, who will give her adopter free training. We want to ensure that her adoptive home will love and keep her for life which the communication benefits from training will help with.Being special needs her adoption fee is just a donation of your choice towards her medical costs with the agreement that you do some free training with her trainer. However please note that bull dogs are not low cost dogs to own!🐾 Go to www.k9ppr.org to send us an adoption application and tell us all about you and the home you would give sweet Willow! #k9ppr loves their bulldogs! Story
Rollerskate is a lovable bulldog with a heart as big as her playful spirit! Despite her janky eye, which adds a unique charm to her adorable face, she's an absolute sweetheart. Her friendly nature knows no bounds, getting along famously with everyone she meets. Rollerskate absolutely adores cuddles and scratches, melting hearts with her affectionate nature. She exudes a calm and chill vibe that makes her an instant favorite among both people and other furry friends. Looking for a furry companion filled with love and sweetness? Adopt Rollerskate, and experience the joy of having a loyal and affectionate bulldog. Here's some notes from her foster: Rollerskate, Rollerama, Rollermama, Sk8er girl....whatever you wanna call her, she's an absolute dream!! Things I've learned/observed about my Sk8er girl so far: - She LOVES to be with her people. She is a total shadow following me around the apartment and her favorite spot is sitting as closely as possible to you on the couch so you can easily reach her for all the pets. - Her #1 favorite thing is getting pets/snuggles, #2 is naps, #3 is snacks! - She's 8 years YOUNG! She jumped onto the couch within her first 10 mins here. She does well on walks, no pulling, moves at more of a saunter pace (with occasional bursts of speed!). She gets really excited to go outside and will definitely enjoy a few short walks each day. - She can do a few stairs, up and down, but she's really not built for stairs (short legs, deep chest!) so the less stairs in the home the better. - I'd say she's definitely house trained. No accidents inside, she goes pee promptly when she gets outside, and likes to do #2 on grass. Was fine overnight. - Seeing how snuggly she likes to be, I let her sleep in the bed with me overnight. She loved it. And actually chose sleeping ON the pillows as her fave spot. - A great eater - enthusiastic for meals and treats. She already did "sit"! Could be a great food motivated learner. - So far hasn't barked or cried once, not even in response to loud city noises (cars, sirens, etc) or to get attention. - I live in a very dog-dense neighborhood and she's been great passing dogs on sidewalks. She does want to say hello to them and has done well in a few trusted intros, no reactivity seen. Whether someone already loves bulldogs or not, they're gonna love this girl! She comes with all the best bulldog sound effects (snorts, grunts) and tries to get every single person we pass on walks to stop and pet her -- which she deserves!

Story
Moka is a super friendly dog, she is almost two years old, and is dog who has a lot of energy and needs a lot of love and attention, I’m really busy right now because I’m working and going to college at the same time, so I can not give her the attention she needs, I’m looking for someone who will be really patient with her because she is not trained but she is really smart I’m pretty sure she will learn fast if you decide to train her, she also has a cherry eye she has had it since we got her, she has being examined by a vet and they said she can totally live with it with no problem but I was still decided to get her into surgery to remove it but again, I don’t have the time it requires! If you are willing to be patient, friendly and lovely to Moka please contact me. If you have any questions feel free to ask

Story
If plenty of doggy wrinkles and endless squishy cuddles are your thing, beautiful Dahlia is your girl! Dahlia is quite the affectionate, 6 -year-old, 50 lb English Bulldog, whose ideal forever home is one where she can thrive as the sole, spoiled pup princess. While Dahlia does okay with other dogs in general, she can be possessive of her food and treats. Since she guards her goodies from both dogs and kids, she’s best suited for an adult-only household where she’s the only dog. A bull-dog savvy home is a plus! Dahlia is a loyal girl who loves to follow her foster mom around. She is very fond of gardening outside with when it’s not too hot. A cozy nap on a comfy dog bed is her absolute favorite thing to do - she’s sure to win your heart with her soft and endearing snores! Dahlia is a seasoned cuddler, sleeps through the night in her crate, and is also housebroken. She’s always up for an adventure, be it a nice walk or an exciting car ride where she can explore the world. She’s great on the leash and makes a fantastic walking buddy! Bulldogs are wonderful dogs that require a bit of extra care. All Dahlia is looking for is a loving home where she will be doted on and adored for life…and she promises to return the favor! To help set her up for success in her new home, a training session will be provided with her adoption if needed. If you’re interested in meeting Dahlia, send an email to olveiry@yahoo.com and tell us about the home you can provide for her. Or, complete our online application at 1luckydogrescue.org

Opal is calm, dog friendly (big & small), cat friendly, kid friendly, and absolutely loves cuddles. She's estimated to be 2-years old and she is a petite girl, only about 30lbs! Opal does have spina bifida and will be a diaper baby the rest of her life. However, this impacts nothing when it comes to her spirit, goofiness, and life span. She is a bundle of happiness, life, and fun in a compact body. She is a healthy dog otherwise and can't wait to find her forever home. If you would like to meet her please fill out our adoption application on our website www.cabullyrescue.org/adopt. Location : Oakdale, CA
