At about 4 ½ years old, she’s mastered the fine art of lounging but is always down for an adventure (especially if snacks are involved 🍪). She’s currently living with three other bulldogs and adores them all — so we know she’s a dog lover. Cats and kids? Still TBD. But honestly, she’s more interested in figuring out how many naps a day is socially acceptable. Fancy is crate-trained, housebroken, and has zero diva drama — no toy or food aggression here. She’s affectionate, goofy, patient, a little quirky, and proudly carries the title of “Professional Snuggler.” Basically, if you’re looking for a companion who’s equal parts silly and sweet, Fancy is your girl. All she needs now is her forever family (with a cozy couch and maybe a few snacks on the side). 🐾💕 ***Adoption Process*** -All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. -Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!!

I am deaf and my other senses are heightened. So that’s pretty cool! I have some really pretty brown spots on my otherwise white coat. I feel it really makes me stand out in the crowd. I am the main character and I don’t need a supporting cast! I don’t really like being around other dogs and I REALLY dislike cats. Speaking of likes, I really like people. The older, the better! I don’t really enjoy hanging out with young kids and do best around humans who are 15 and up. My foster family thinks I am pretty funny. When I get excited I either hop or plop! I hop like a bunny and I plop for belly ribs. When I see you my entire body wiggles, not just my tale. I’m basically an overachiever. I love to be outside and I even like the snow! I am super curious and alert of my surroundings. I like to walk outside and my foster mom is working on my leash manners, but say I am learning! I sleep a lot, like a whole lot. I play in bursts and then lay down. I like to sit and lay right up against my humans but I’m not a lap dog. Like most bullies, I am VERY food motivated. I don’t want to brag, but I am really good at the sit command. As soon as I see my foster mom raise her hand in a sit command, I do it. Like. It’s. My. Job. Note from my foster mom- Aialik is a really sweet girl, but she requires a strong leader to make her feel safe. Hi there, I'm Vernon! I am a super snuggly sweetheart. I have the the softest, rabbit-like fur you’ll ever touch. I'm a bulldog mix with the cutest underbite, really, I'm a total cuddlebug and love nothing more than curling up close for a nap—or playing joyfully with other dogs. Before rescue, I was surviving as a stray on the streets for months, too scared to trust despite many kindhearted attempts. When I finally decided it was okay to trust and taken in, I had some serious wounds from life outside — I got some TLC, antibiotics, and love. But that is all behind me now and my foster says I've healed beautifully, both inside and out. I have been told that I can have a very serious look but I am gentle, affectionate, and ready to bond deeply with a forever family. While I haven't met cats yet, I am at my best and confident when I am with other dogs and would thrive in a home with canine companions or loving humans who adore snuggles. Now that my rough days are behind me, I'm ready for a soft bed, full belly, and lots of love—maybe with you?
