Story
Location: Columbus, OH Food: Venture Alaska Pollock and Pumpkin Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heart worm preventative Hello everyone it is me Chanel. I'm a 28 lb, 2 1/2 year old exotic bully. I may be small in size, but I have a huge personality. I had a rough start before coming into rescue. Once I came to Badass I had my nares, pallet surgeries and was spayed. It made me feel so much better once I healed up... I am such a people girl... I love to get attention and love to have all eyes on me... I am just not fond of running around and a lot of loud noises... So it is best that I am not around any little kids, cuz I get way too worked up and I am still learning to control myself. Like I said I like all the attention on me!!! So I need to be the only dog in the house and please please no cats... YUCK!!! As long as it is me and my hoomans I love to play fetch, just be with them everywhere they go, car rides are so much fun and I absolutely love to take walks... You can't have a body like this sitting on the couch daily... Fomma has been working really hard with me to keep me focused when we are walking. Everything is so new to me and I am just so excited I want to take it all in. I am learning so hopefully you will continue working with me to help me be the best girl I can be... If you think I could be the one for you please fill out an application and we will be right with you... I can't wait to meet you and begin our furever together... Love Chanel...

Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Location: Ft. Thomas, KY Food: Earthborn Holistic Rabbit and Pumpkin Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventative Phoebe is overjoyed that she is finally living the "pet" lifestyle. She wasn't well cared for prior to coming into Badass Bulldog Rescue and she is trying to make up for those hard first three years of life by soaking up all the love she can. She loves her humans but has a hard time sharing that human love with any other fur babies that might be around, so no other dogs or cats, please. Phoebe enjoys a nice walk after breakfast and a little play (she is still figuring out what toys are for), then she's ready for a nice afternoon nap. So, she doesn't require a lot of physical activity-she's much more interested in hanging out with her humans and watching her people work, cook, watch tv, etc. In fact, if her adopter works from home, Phoebe will think she's hit the jackpot. At bedtime, Phoebe will sleep in her crate and quietly wait for you to come get her to start her morning routine. Speaking of routine, she is doing great with potty training. If given access to the yard in regular intervals, she rarely will have an accident. She's very proud of herself for this new skill. Phoebe thrives on praise and that has made potty training fast and successful. Anyone looking for a true companion, she's your girl. Phoebe will be a wonderful addition to her new furever home family.

Story
Location: Hamilton, OH Food: Pork Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventative Hey you! Don't I know you? I know now... It took me a minute to put my paw on it. You are the one looking for a bestest buddy! Well Well today is your lucky day! YOU FOUND HIM!!! Hi I'm Charlie... I'm a 3 year old English Bulldog and just like you I am looking for my bestest buddy too... Let me tell you a little about myself. Since coming into rescue I have learned a lot of things. The main one is rules and boundaries... What can I say I am a bulldog you know! Where I was before I didn't have rules and boundaries. I mean who am I kidding? I didn't even have a bed, toys, bones and even hoomans that I love so much. I had to learn a lot... Fomma says I am a very quick learner and I am always eager to learn. I have learned sit, wait for my food till I'm told to get it, manners and a very important one... Who's in charge.. Come to find out it was not me! I like it better that way honestly. I love to take walks and I am working on my leash manners as well... There are just so many awesome things out there to see and smell its hard to stay focused. I have worked so hard at it that I hope you are up for taking walks, cuz I don't want to forget anything I have remembered. Lets see... Oh yeah if you are wondering if I like other dogs... Ummmm it would have to be very slow introductions. I love to run the fence line with the other fosters here and the neighbor dogs. It's just when the gate opens I tend to get a little overly excited and so I think it is just best we keep it to playing on opposite sides of the fence. Now if you would like to go outside and throw some ball I am down for that any and every day. Sometimes I bring it back and sometimes I don't. But I guarantee you that it will be a great time not matter what... Ok enough about me... If I sound like a good fit for you please fill out an application and fomma will be in contact with you. Then when I get home you can tell me all about yourself... I can't wait to hear it... LOVE CHARLIE

Even with the set backs this world keeps throwing at her, this sweet little girl keeps chugging along. Her beautiful and loving personality is coming out more every day. Potty training is going well, but does occasional have accidents especially if the ground is super wet outside. Matilda loves dogs big or small. She maybe shy at first, but with time, love, and boundaries she becomes and awesome playmate. She has been great with kids and jumps like a bunny when she is excited. Matilda loves attention, cuddles and following us around the house. She makes a great partner in crime. She has so much love to give and she can't wait to have a family of her own to share it with.

Story
Location: Columbus, OH Food: Nuro Challenge Northern Catch (fish main protein) Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventative Hi I'm Scout! I had a rough start to life but these people at Badass Bulldog have really fixed me up. I came into rescue with what was thought to be a prolapsed penis. After a few failed (vet approved) home remedies to attempt to fix, and a vet visit, it was discovered I actually had a birth defect. Our wonderful rescue vet fixed me all up and it shouldn't require any future care! Let me tell ya' how happy I am to have that fixed! After a few weeks of crate rest and recovery I am ready to learn all about being a dog. I'm still a puppy so I need my forever family to be patient and consistent and continue working on my basic dog manners. I love to eat and do need a slow feeder to help me not gobble up my food so fast. I take treats gently, but I get excited and need a reminder to settle and wait. I'm not a huge fan of pooping in the grass but my foster mom is more stubborn than I am, and she makes me stay outside until I finish all my business. As long as you make sure I potty outside I can go all day while you are at work, and all night, in my crate without any accidents. I love kongs stuffed with peanut butter. I also love soft toys with squeakers, but unfortunately, I try to eat them after I kill the squeaker and get all the stuffing out, so they say it's not a good idea for me to have those anymore. I'm still learning that human fingers aren't for chewing and I get really excited. So, you'll need to be patient and keep reminding me until I get the hang of what I can chew on. I'm doing great with house training. Several weeks of crate rest help teach me that going potty outside is the best idea. I haven't learned to tell you when I need to go out but if you take me out often, I'm a good boy and I won't potty in the house. I've not really figured out how to play with other dogs yet. I'm very curious and I like to jump up on them. My foster family keeps reminding me that that's not polite and all dogs don't like that. They have a grumpy old shih tzu, I tried to play with her once and she told me "no sir, so I've not tried that again. They also have an old boxer and an old olde english bulldog. They just look at me like I'm crazy, so I don't try to play with them either. The human kids around here love to play with me so that's fun! I would do well in a home with or without dogs and with or without kids. I'm pretty adaptable! The most important things on my forever family wish list are: love, snuggles, consistency, and patience.
