Story
Hi there, I'm Vernon! I am a super snuggly sweetheart. I have the the softest, rabbit-like fur you’ll ever touch. I'm a bulldog mix with the cutest underbite, really, I'm a total cuddlebug and love nothing more than curling up close for a nap—or playing joyfully with other dogs. Before rescue, I was surviving as a stray on the streets for months, too scared to trust despite many kindhearted attempts. When I finally decided it was okay to trust and taken in, I had some serious wounds from life outside — I got some TLC, antibiotics, and love. But that is all behind me now and my foster says I've healed beautifully, both inside and out. I have been told that I can have a very serious look but I am gentle, affectionate, and ready to bond deeply with a forever family. While I haven't met cats yet, I am at my best and confident when I am with other dogs and would thrive in a home with canine companions or loving humans who adore snuggles. Now that my rough days are behind me, I'm ready for a soft bed, full belly, and lots of love—maybe with you? Story
Location: Amelia, OH Food: Wholesome Adult. Whitefish meal and rice recipe Medication: NexGard Plus monthly Jolene is the sweetest, happiest girl. She is great with other dogs and ignores cats. She is doing good with potty training. She's good and quiet in her crate. She walks slow with her little legs but is good on a leash. Rides great in the car. We are working on "down". She wants to be a part of whatever her people are doing. She doesn't need a big yard to run in, so she does not need a fenced in yard. ***Adoption Process*** -All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. -Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!!

Story
Location: Huber Heights, OH Food: Hydrolyzed Protein Medication: NexGard Plus HELLO.... CHANEL HERE! IM 25 LBS OF LOVE AND WILD PUPPY LOVE. I CAN BE A BIT SHY FOR THE FIRST 30 SECONDS OUT THE GATE, BUT THEN WATCH OUT. ITS ON FOR PLAY TIME AFFECTION AND A LIFE OF LAUGHS AND LOVE. Chanel was a momma with stuck puppies who we brought in emergency she had a c-section and was septic. after a few days in the hospital, it was apparent she could not produce enough milk to feed her puppy, there was no milk. She also made it clear that she didnt care if she fed the baby, cuz look out world im CHANEL and its all about me. This sweet girl battled fleas on intake and skin issues, so hydrolysed protein it is for a hard reset, then she can be switched to a limited ingredient, grain free diet and should do just fine. she loves to play roughly with her foster brother, and love to chew bones. she walks a mile every day at the park and enjoys that as well. there is really nothing Chanel doesnt enjoy about her life at this point. she is just your typical happy sweet bully princess ready to take on the world, one sweet little adventure at a time. she is doing great with potty training but will occasionally have a pee pee in her crate at night, walks great on leash and always finishes all her food. if you think she is cute wait until you see her in person. she attends all events on the weekends. fill out an app and find your new bestie to share your turkey with.

Story
A few important notes: Izzy is currently attending training with a professional trainer and doing great. Her trainer offers lifetime support to her and her forever family to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success. Interested adopters must be Ohio residents and willing to attend a session with our trainer and Izzy to review all she’s learned. Now, let’s cut to the chase. I’m Izzy. I’m a 58-pound bulldozer of love with a strong preference for booty scratches and minding my own business—unless you have snacks, in which case, hi. I’m crate trained, house trained, and generally respectful as long as you give me a few clear rules. I don’t do chaos, and I like knowing what’s expected of me. Structure? Love it. Predictable routine? Even better. I’ll thrive in a home that doesn’t operate like a circus. Food-wise, I’m a bit of a diva. I’m on hydrolyzed Royal Canin because apparently, my stomach has opinions. I take my meals seriously—think gourmet, not garbage. As for other animals: Dogs of all sizes? Absolutely. The more the merrier. Cats? That’s going to be a no from me. Kids? Older ones are great. I’m built like a linebacker and occasionally forget my size, so I’d prefer not to topple any toddlers. My hobbies include: Sitting on my bed like it’s a throne Shredding soft toys (RIP to the plush octopus) Romping around with dog friends Quietly judging your life choices from across the room Accepting praise like it’s my full-time job I’m not clingy, but I do love affection—just delivered with some dignity. No need to scoop me into your lap like a purse dog. Just sit next to me, scratch my back, and tell me I’m pretty.

Story
Location: Dayton, OH Food: Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Meet Juno! ✨ Juno is a 3 year old exotic bully with a gentle, sweet soul—you can see in her behavior and right in her eyes. Juno is both fun and lazy. She loves short bursts of tug of war or fetch, followed by hours of cuddling with her people (and sometimes her dog friends, too). Her head fits perfectly in your hand, and her soft fur makes her the coziest snuggle buddy. Juno’s biggest love? Toys. She almost always has one in her mouth, proudly parading in circles. While the other dogs wrestle and chase one another, Juno is happiest doing her toy parade—or playing a friendly round of tug-of-war with her humans. She gets along well with other dogs and occasionally joins in on the play, but she’s perfectly content to entertain herself. She’s also a professional toy surgeon, joyfully dismantling toys and expertly removing squeakers. In her eyes, dog beds are just really big toys, so she does best with a durable bed. Before coming into rescue, Juno had never been in a car, left her home property, or spent time with anyone other than her original owners. Understandably, she arrived with a lot of anxiety. But her natural curiosity shines through—she’s excited to explore, even if sometimes her body struggles to keep up and she pants heavily when overstimulated. Since joining rescue, she’s bravely tackled many “firsts”—from car rides, to a parade, meeting new dogs and strangers, swimming, and going on walks—and she’s loved them all. New situations can still be overwhelming, and she may benefit from medication prior to them. Other than these occasional episodes of anxiety brought on by specific triggers, Juno has a steady, even-keeled temperament. Situations that might wind up another dog often don’t faze her. With patience and gentle support, she’s learning that adventures can be both safe and fun. She doesn’t make a peep in her crate and is leash-trained. Potty training is going well, though Juno thrives with structure: supervised time indoors (not free roam), regular trips outside, and positive reinforcement when she goes in the right spot. Early on she had a few accidents on soft things, so for now she does best with limited access to them while she continues to learn. JUNO’S IDEAL HOME: One with plenty of cuddles, leisurely walks, and lots of toys. She loves tug-of-war and a round of fetch—but you only need to throw the toy a few feet, lol. She’s perfect for someone who wants a dog that is playful but has relatively low exercise needs, and who will appreciate a companion happy to lay contently by their side for hours. If you’re looking for a cuddly, playful companion with a heart full of sweetness, Juno may just be your perfect match. 💕 ***ADOPTION PROCESS*** - All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on Veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. - Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!!

Story
Location: Northern Kentucky Food: Hydrolyzed Protein Medication: Nexgard Plus Meet Gwen – Your Future Snuggle Queen & Toy Enthusiast! Gwen is a 3-year-old English Bulldog with a big personality packed into her 53-pound frame. She’s playful, sassy, and absolutely full of love. Her favorite pastime? Playing catch with a tennis ball and showing off her impressive toy collection. If it squeaks, she’s obsessed! This diva knows how to work a room—she’s crate trained, mostly potty trained (with the occasional oops!), and knows how to sit, give paw, and look irresistibly cute. Gwen is vocal in the most hilarious way—she sounds like a tiny dinosaur and isn’t afraid to let you know when she wants attention (which is always). Gwen is a total lovebug who wants to be your one and only. She thrives as the center of attention and would do best as the only pet in the home. She’s a snuggler through and through—her favorite place to sleep is right on top of you, and she’ll happily follow you from room to room like your shadow. She’s curious, fun, and would flourish in a fairly active home where she can be adored and doted on. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who brings laughter, cuddles, and a whole lot of personality, Gwen is your girl.
