Beetle is a spunky older dude who loves people and other dogs. Quite social and active for an older guy. The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $300.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip. Our dogs are also heartworm negative (or we will cover their treatment). Miss Blue came to us because her owner moved into assisted living. She is a very social 4.5 year old, 45 pound basset hound. Miss Blue is used to napping and waking up in time to take her next nap, as most hounds are. She is dog friendly and cat curious - she likes to bark at the cats! She is house trained by using the doggie door, loves to play with her foster brother, and loves all the squeaky toys. Gemma is still learning her manners and would likely do best in a home without small children. Gemma is still learning about cats. Although curious about them, she hasn't been thoroughly tested with them. The resident cat stays away from all the dogs in the house. When Gemma isn't playing with toys, she is a huge snuggle bug. Whether you are looking for a dog who is ready for adventures or someone who will simply snuggle up on the couch in your lap to binge watch your favorite shows, Gemma is your perfect balance.
