She is house trained by using the doggie door, loves to play with her foster brother, and loves all the squeaky toys. Gemma is still learning her manners and would likely do best in a home without small children. Gemma is still learning about cats. Although curious about them, she hasn't been thoroughly tested with them. The resident cat stays away from all the dogs in the house. When Gemma isn't playing with toys, she is a huge snuggle bug. In addition, Ruby takes a daily prescribed thyroid medication and receives a monthly Cytopoint injection for allergies.
