She didn't want to give up Beau, but she knew her boy didn't deserve that lifestyle. Through tons of tears, hugs, and kisses, Beau's Mama surrendered him over to BRAT where she knew he would be safe. Even through all the changes Beau has gone through, he is still so loving, playful, and goofy. He was adopted by a loving family in 2022, but sadly they are moving overseas, and Reggie needs to find a new home. Reggie's hobbies are napping, snuggling, playing with toys, and eating. He does well on a leash and enjoys going for walks. Thank goodness, because he weighs over 90lbs, and needs to lose some weight. A healthy diet and regular exercise are necessary for Reggie.Reggie is house trained and crate trained. He loves his humans dearly, but very picky about his canine friends. He can be very playful with some dogs, but reactive to others, especially female dogs. Reggie needs a stable, permanent home where he can feel secure and loved. He enjoys spending time outdoors in good weather, so a home with a doggy door and fenced-in yard is ideal.
