Mimi is a wonderful, loving, energetic dog of 11years! She loves to hug and be with her humans. We rescued her as a puppy and know that she is part beagle but unsure what else. She’s always been groomed by a wonderful professional groomer who comes to our home, and does well with being cared for. I’m facing a large medical procedure that will keep us out of state for part of this year and we have no family or friends willing to care for her. We do not want to rehome her, but we cannot take her with us and we’d never board her for the time away, would rather her be in a new loving home.

IMPORTANT: Dylan needs a VERY special home, please read all information before applying.  Dylan is an 8 year old Beagle mix. Dylan has some very significant anxiety and needs a home with no other pets and no children. She will need an experienced, patient adopter that is willing to do multiple meetings to build trust with her and able and willing to participate in training (we will provide it at no cost!). We know there has to be a special home out there for this special girl. She is housebroken, crate trained and well behaved at home with the people she knows, trusts and feels safe with.  Dylan is spayed and current on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $150 and she receives: free dog training support for life (including our fun group classes!), 30 days of health insurance through MetLife for pets and a free bath, nail trim and ear cleaning from our friends at Scenthound.  Please fill out an application so we can get to know you better and a member of our team will reach out to answer questions. We do NOT house dogs at our office, all of our dogs live with volunteer foster families in the community so appointments are required to meet and adopt. ##2598206##

This sweet pitbull mix was pulled from a rural shelter’s euthanasia list while heavily pregnant and heartbreakingly thin. Despite everything she endured, her gentle spirit never faded. She gave birth to 14 beautiful puppies and cared for them with all the love she had left, until she was simply too weak to continue. Thanks to the help of another rescue, we were able to transfer a few puppies. Her puppies have are thriving — and now it’s Precious’s turn to heal and shine. Today, Precious is finally living the life she deserves — safe, loved, and full of play.
