Story
Hi, Bobo here. I'm an old man that just wants a good place to land. I love to play ball and hang with some 4-legged friends. While I am fine with 4-legged friends of any size, the little 2 legged friends are too scary for me. I dont know how to handle them. So I would prefer a home that has adults only please and thank you. See I have manners and everything.

Story
Oh who else loves a BEAGLE! We do! Dewey is the best boy! He was a stray a few months ago with a buddy of his and he was not claimed. Since then he has been neutered and is now up to date on everything. His buddy has started training with the USDA, but Dewey is not as well suited to be a working dog. He is better as a family dog! He is roughly 2 years old and is fully grown- he weighs 28 pounds. Dewey LOVES other dogs and he does not know personal space. He will happily jump on any dog to play and play, but a dog who wants some personal space would not like his playful attitude. Dewey would love another playful housemate! He also LOVES kids, but just like with dogs, he gets very excited and he may knock over small kids. A family who is comfortable and knows that he is not trying to be scary would handle this find, but he may scare a child who has never been around a playful dog before. He will chase cats though so he would do best in a home without cats, rabbits, or other small critters. Don't forget that Beagles are hunting dogs! Dewey is semi-housetrained. He is good for shorter periods of time, but sometimes forget if left alone for a full work day. Prior to coming to his current home, he had never been inside and he has come a long way in his housemanners. However, like many beagles, he can be very naughty and will get into things and find "treats" and "toys" around the house to amuse himself. If you have ever had a Beagle, you know that they LOVE to keep you amused and on your toes! He loves to follow his human around and wants to be involved in any party. He loves his chewy bones and can go for hours with them. He plays fetch sort of. He sometimes gets scared of certain things- like fast big movement (like saving arms and jumping up and down) and he will avoid certain things like broomsticks. He probably also does not like vacuums, but honestly he is a four legged vacuum himself! Drop something on the floor? Too late! Its been inhaled! He loves food of any kind and he uses a slow feeder for breakfast and dinner. Dewey is such a sweet animal that deserves equally sweet and affectionate family! Story
Female; Beagle mix; 30 lbs. Hazel is a sweet, healthy girl. Low energy indoors; alert and energetic outside. Gets along with other dogs & kids. Great at dog park and boarding. Enjoys pets & rubs; doesn't demand them. She LOVES car rides, head out the window; ears blowing in the wind! Needs a secure fence or on leash when outside. Generally, she is a low maintenance pup; but knows what she wants and when she wants it. She will wake you up in the a.m. or stand close to you with her 'look' indicating that it is time to eat or go outside. She is generally more independent than a seeker of affection. She alerts when an animal/person is outside the house. She does become anxious during thunderstorms & needs someone home when this happens to keep her calm. She takes over-the-counter CBD chews when this happens which takes the edge off somewhat. When it's not storming, she can be left at home alone with no problems.

Story
I acquired my pet during the pandemic. Olga is a rescue dog. Olga is 8 years old. It would be great if she could be rehomed with a retiree (or someone who works from home) who will be home most of the time. Olga is predictable, quiet, sweet and loving.
