Story
**Current location: in a foster home in South Korea** Say hi to OhGong👋 a sweet, friendly boy with a charming black muzzle! He was found on the street in South Korea at 3 months old and taken to a high-risk city shelter along with his five other siblings. Luckily, they were rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team and started living with other dogs in the local shelter. Despite some time spent at the shelter, Ohgong was given a chance to live in his current foster home in June 2023. His current foster family has been taking good care of him since, and Ohgong has learned how to harmoniously live with people with love, and now he is ready to find his forever home😊 > Personality: Friendly, Sweet, Gentle Just like when OhGong was widely known for his super friendly personality among the shelter staff, he continued to be very loving and sweet to his foster family. He loves to kiss you and be petted by you. His energy level is medium. He is usually calm at home but becomes active when playing with toys! Plus, he is such a gentle walker. > Affinity with - Dogs: Very dog-friendly! He doesn’t even bark towards other dogs. - Cats: He tends to chase cats out of curiosity but doesn’t show aggression. - Adults/Kids: Good with people in general but a little bit shy around male adults / Okay with kids. He is rather indifferent to them. > Walking Manners: Super well-mannered! Pacing with his person without pulling the leash. He responds to “Let’s go” while sniffing around. > Housetrained: Fully housebroken, going potty outdoors as well as using pee-pads indoors > Bathing/Brushing: Tolerates both very well. > Car Rides: Very comfortable with car rides. > Separation Anxiety: None. He showed some signs of separation anxiety at the beginning of foster, but not anymore when two months of foster passed. He spends most of his time sleeping while he is left alone at home. > Barks/Howls: Almost none. Just a little bit of barking only when greeting his family at home. > Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies. > Likes/Dislikes: OhGong LOOOVES playing with toys, especially squeaky ones! He seems to even prefer toys to treats. > Shedding level (1~10): 5-7 If you have an open heart and a loving home for Ohgong, please don't hesitate to apply!

Story
**Current location: in a foster home in South Korea** Meet Henry👋 an endearing handsome boy with cute unbalanced ears! Henry was found alone on a street in S. Korea at four months old in July 2021 and taken to a high-risk city shelter. Fortunately, having been rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team, he lived in a crowded private shelter with numerous dogs until July 2023, when he found a foster home. His loving foster family has been taking good care of him since. Henry has learned a lot about how to love and be loved by his people. He is full of charm and can’t wait to show it to his forever family! > Personality: Calm, Curious, Adorable Henry is a calm and independent pup with a strong curiosity! All he needs in the beginning is enough time for him to get himself accustomed to the new environment. He is not a big cuddler, but you can see some of his lovely sides once he warms up to you💕 First of all, his unbalanced ears are absolutely something to adore about him! His energy level is medium-low. He is mostly chill and spends most of his time at home resting. He only gets excited and active when having a walk outside. He is neither a barker nor a destroyer! > Affinity with - Dogs: Generally good with other dogs. He wants to say hi to other dogs on a walk, though he prefers calm friends and tries to ignore barking/hyper dogs. - Cats: No aggression but just excitement & curiosity. - Adults/Kids: Good with adults except loud/aggressive male adults. / He just tries to avoid kids when they approach. > Walking Manners: Well-mannered, pacing with his people without pulling the leash. > Housetrained: Fully housebroken, mainly going potty outdoors but he knows how to use pee-pads indoors when necessary. > Bathing/Brushing: Very good and calm > Car Sickness: in training > Separation Anxiety: None. > Barks/Howls: Almost none. Just a little bit when strangers come inside the house. > Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies. > Shedding level (1~10): 5-6 > Likes/Dislikes: Henry loves being petted, going for walks, and meat! / He doesn’t like big gestures and sudden loud noise, though he is not sensitive to usual residential noise. If you have an open heart and a loving home for Henry, please don't hesitate to apply!

Story
All our dogs are spayed/neutered and fully vetted. Senior dogs receive extra bloodwork and we try to do dental cleanings on any dogs that need them. Most of the dogs in our care are crate-trained and cat tested. We test with kids when we can. Our process can seem involved and long - we appreciate your patience. Adopting a dog is not like buying a candy bar in the checkout lane; it should never be a last-minute decision or one that is not fully thought out. Bubba is  medium size senior beagle.  He is 14yrs old, but still has a lot of love to give.  Bubba came to us as a home surrender after his person passed away. He loves to hang out in the back yard and soak up the sun, but then come inside and cozy up with the humans.  Like what you see? Fill out our online application! We work on a first received, first approved, first adopted basis. We definitely encourage people who are interested in adopting, even if they haven't found the right dog yet, to fill out an application. Our process can take as long as two weeks (we work day jobs!) so having an already approved application speeds things up considerably when you see a dog that catches your eye. July 14, 2024, 6:23 pm

Kevin is a tiny Bagel (basset & Beagle) approximately 10yrs old.  He is a laid back dude who loves to snuggle with the humans and stroll the yard.  He’ll be a great fit for someone looking for a calmer beagle to just hang out with. Like what you see? ADOPT MEWe cannot believe we have had no interest in this sweet chill beagle mix.  She would be a great addition to any family.   Joline is a beagle mix, she is approximately 5yrs old and weighing in at 38 pounds . This mama was recently spayed, and still has some messy teeth to be fixed. She’s a real sweetheart. Very low-key and easy-going. She might have some fox or coonhound in her because she likes to climb. No matter, Jolene will charm you with her soft fur and gentle demeanor. Look for Jolene to be ready for adoption in May! She is super chill and lovable.  Good with other Dogs and good in the crate.   Like what you see? Fill out our online application! We work on a first received, first approved, first adopted basis. We are going to guess her age around 5.  She has the energy and drive of a younger dog, but her teeth suggest she’s been around a while. Betsy is hard at work on her house training and will need her new family to continue that focus.  She is a sweet and playful girl who will be a wonderful addition to any home.  Like what you see?
