Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Brodie is with our partner rescue in LA and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter. Meet Brodie, your future best friend (and professional heart-melter).   This adorable 5-month-old beagle/hound mix (best guess) may be a bit of a mystery—he was found as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past—but one thing is crystal clear: Brodie is 100% pure puppy perfection. With his sweet face, curious eyes, and irresistible charm, he’s already winning hearts wherever he goes. Brodie is at that fun, wiggly stage where everything is new and exciting. He’s ready to learn, ready to play, and most of all, ready to love his people with that signature puppy enthusiasm. Whether it’s exploring the backyard, going on little adventures, or curling up after a busy day, Brodie is just looking for someone to share it all with.   Since he’s still a baby, Brodie will need a family willing to guide him as he grows—think training, patience, and lots of treats (he fully supports this plan). In return, you’ll get a loyal companion and a lifetime of tail wags. Brodie didn’t have the easiest start, but his future is looking bright. Could that future be with you?   He is fixed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines. His adoption donation is $600.    Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 20, 2026, 11:27 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Alexa is a young puppy who is currently with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters Meet Alexa, the soft-hearted sweetheart with a playful streak. Alexa was found alongside her siblings, Karma and Peetie, after being dumped in a rural area in poor condition. She has come such a long way and is now ready to find a home where she can feel safe, loved, and completely spoiled. Her breed is a fun mystery—maybe a little beagle, lab, Pyrenees, hound… or a perfect blend of all of the above. Alexa has the best mix of cozy and playful. She absolutely loves her stuffed animals and can often be found happily carrying one around or snuggling up with it. She adores other puppies, enjoys playtime, and definitely has her moments of mischievous puppy zoomies that will keep you laughing. When she’s not playing, Alexa is all about comfort. She loves soft beds and is happiest curled up nearby, especially at your feet, just soaking in your presence. She’s sweet, social, and would thrive in a home that appreciates both her playful energy and her gentle, snuggly side. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will keep your heart full (and your dog toy basket well-loved), Alexa is your girl. Alexa will be  fixed, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccines. Her  adoption donation is $600. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters. Meet Peetie, the sweetest, silliest little sidekick you didn’t know you needed. Peetie was found with his sisters, Karma and Alexa, after being dumped in a rural area in rough condition. He had a broken leg when he was rescued, but he’s healed up beautifully and is now ready to run straight into his forever home. His breed is anyone’s guess—maybe beagle, lab, Pyrenees, hound… whatever he is, it’s 100% adorable. Peetie is the definition of a shadow dog. Wherever you go, he’s right behind you, happily tagging along and just wanting to be part of whatever you’re doing. He’s incredibly sweet, a little goofy, and full of that irresistible puppy charm. He loves to play, has his fair share of silly moments, and will absolutely keep you smiling. But more than anything, he just wants to be close to his people. Peetie would thrive in a home where he can get lots of love, companionship, and continue growing into the loyal best friend he’s clearly meant to be. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Sprocket is with our partner rescue in LA and can hitch a ride to NJ if we find a foster or adopter for him. Meet Sprocket… the 18-pound bundle of joy you didn’t know your life was missing. This handsome beagle mix is rocking a stunning tri-color coat and a personality that’s somehow even more irresistible. At around 2 years old, Sprocket is fully grown, perfectly sized, and fully committed to being everyone’s best friend. Seriously—this boy has never met a stranger. Humans? Loves them. Dogs? Instant buddies. Cats? Yep, he’s cool with them too. He’s basically the social director of the dog world. Sprocket is playful, happy, and always up for whatever adventure you’ve got in mind—whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, a romp in the yard, or just hanging out and soaking up attention. He’s got that classic beagle charm with an easygoing, affectionate twist that makes him an absolute joy to have around. If you’re looking for a friendly, fun-loving companion who fits just about any home, Sprocket might just be your perfect match. He’s the kind of dog who turns ordinary days into better ones—no extra effort required. Sprocket is fixed, up to date on vaccines. He tested light positive for heartworm and has begun treatment. We are looking for a foster to complete his treatment here in NJ with 2 visits to Barnegat Animal Clinic in July. His adoption donation will be $500.  Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Dakota - Your New Little Shadow with Four Paws Dakota is currently with our sister rescue in Louisiana and looking for a foster or adopter to make her way to NJ.  Some dogs follow you around. Dakota prefers to sit directly on your feet. This sweet Beagle/Staffy mix has mastered the art of staying close to the people she loves and once you meet her, you'll understand why. Friendly, affectionate, and full of personality, Dakota is the kind of dog who makes herself part of the family in no time. Dakota was found as a stray, but she hasn't let that stop her from trusting people and embracing every chance at love. She's a happy, social girl who enjoys life and is ready to find a family that's all hers. She loves toys, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is always up for joining in on the fun. Whether she's making you laugh with her goofy side, tagging along for a car ride, or curling up nearby (or directly on top of your feet), Dakota is happiest when she's with her people. She's already leash trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, and is continuing to work on her potty training like the smart young pup she is. She gets along with dogs, cats, kids, and pretty much everyone she meets. Expected to grow to around 50 pounds, Dakota will be the perfect size for adventures, family movie nights, neighborhood walks, and being your loyal sidekick. Dakota doesn't need anything fancy. She just wants a home, a routine, some toys… and someone whose feet she can claim forever. If you're looking for a playful best friend with a huge heart and zero respect for personal space, Dakota may be your perfect match. Dakota is up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm.  Dakota has been spayed and has a microchip. Her adoption fee is $600.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. Wren loves to play with foster fur sibling and her brother Wylie.
