Cooper is a good loving dog.But I really hope he can find a nice family home,or someone who can spend lots of time with him.Needs a lot of outdoor time.We just unfortunately are unable to take care of him.My husband has many ongoing health concerns.I have to devote my time to taking care of him.Cooper deserves a much more active and long term home.We really need him to be adopted asap! Miss Baylen came to DASH with several other dogs where the home they were in were sending them to a high kill shelter in KY. This little girl is just the sweetest most loving dog you can imagine. All she wants is to be loved on and be the center of attention. She is young and due to the situation she came from, she is working on crate training, going potty outside and learning what a leash is. Her new family will need to continue working with her on these things. She is crated during the day while her foster mom is at work, as she will be nosey and get into things and tear up things in typical puppy fashion. She gets an activity ball and mat while in her crate along with a chew bone to keep her happy. She loves the other dogs in her foster home and loves being out in the fenced in back yard doing zoomies from one end to the other and getting the other younger dogs in on the fun! This girl is also very intelligent and training her should be a breeze once she gets all of her excess energy out. She also loves to chill on a lap or the couch and just being with her person. She has not been kid or cat tested, but feel she would be fine with kids with proper introductions. She is ready to find her forever home where she can continue to blossom into a wonderful dog! Stop scrolling and take a look at Quinn, This little girl came to DASH with several other dogs from a home in KY where they were being surrendered to a high kill shelter. Isn't she just gorgeous!! She is a young girl, and is initially shy when meeting new people, but will warm up fairly quickly. Once she knows you, she will be by your side 24/7. She is very playful and loves playing with other young dogs in her foster home and playing with toys. She is working on crate training, going potty outside consistently and learning what a leash is. Her new family will need to continue working with her on all of these things, as they are all new to her. She loves other dogs, and would probably do better in a home with another dog of similar energy so she can run and play and get some of the energy out, then she is ready to chill and relax on a lap or a couch. She does like to sleep in bed with her person as well. She has not been kid or cat tested, but feel she would be fine with older respectful children. He is currently in our DASH Prison Program where his handler says he is a great dog, who loves being outside, is great on a leash and very manageable. He also loves relaxing inside after a nice walk or play session. He is crate trained, potty trained in the prison setting and is very sociable. He love female dogs, but would do best with a proper introduction to male dogs, as he can be a little picky in his male friends. He is currently learning all of his basic commands and doing really well with all of them. Due to his current foster placement he has not been introduced to children of any age or to cats so both would require proper introductions. Chomper is ready to find his forever home!
