Goober is a good old fashioned hound pup. He is goofy, fun and loves other dogs and people. He would love a family of his own and is a little shy to start but has a lot of love to give. He is just about 20 lbs now and 4 months old. He should end up a bit over 40lbs when grown. Him and his sister came from a high kill shelter in Ky.

Ace is a beagle, so he howls and has big ears. I would love Ace to be in a dog lover home. My schedule is getting rough and the older i got is taking a toll on me mentally to take care of him and other personal things.

Please contact Jamie (jamie@pawsandprayers.org) for more information about this pet. Meet Dotty! Dotty is a 25lb, 2-3 year old mix breed. Given her petite size, we do believe she is mostly beagle of some sort. Dotty is an “easy keeper” at our shelter. She gets along with her shelter dog friends and is pretty low key and happy go lucky! Dotty would be fine with children but has not met cats. As always, shelter dogs need a refresher course in housetraining once they get to their new home. Dotty is crate trained. Her adoption fee is $350. All Paws and Prayers animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (age appropriate) and are given monthly flea/heartworm prevention.  Adoption fees also include the pet's spay/neuter and microchipping.  The first step in the adoption process is to complete a no-obligation adoption application at www.pawsandprayers.org.     March 25, 2026, 2:29 pm
