Story
Hi! I'm Dane, your future best friend. My days are filled with play and cuddles. I'm always ready for a game or a quiet evening by your side. My previous owner moved and left me to fend for myself, but luckily I was found and brought to the shelter where they are going to help me find my forever home. The shelter even treated my heartworms! I dream of a home where I can share all my love (and I have so much to give) and playful energy. Adopting me means endless fun and companionship. Let's start our adventure together!

Story
Meet Belle, a gentle soul with unshakable strength and a heart full of love. Belle’s story began behind a Piggly Wiggly in Camden, AL, where she lived alongside her friends Lizzie and Buster. Life there was harsh—food was scarce, danger was constant, and survival was never guaranteed. At some point, Belle suffered a broken hind leg that healed crooked, leaving a visible reminder of her struggles. But Belle never let her past slow her down. She walks, runs, and plays like any other dog, and the only thing she carries from her injury is her remarkable resilience. The leg doesn’t affect her daily life, though we keep an eye on it since the skin there is thin. What truly defines Belle is not her scar, but her sweet, gentle nature and her quiet determination to love and be loved. With her soft eyes and tender heart, Belle is ready for a forever home where she’ll be cherished for the survivor she is. If you’re looking for a companion who embodies grace, courage, and unconditional love, Belle is waiting to meet you.

Story
I’m one of 11 Beagle mix babies born 4/11/25.   Here’s our story:   Our mom “Tula” and us ELEVEN babies, came to Molly’s Place all the way from Kentucky.   Our mom was abandoned at a trailer park where no one wanted her.  People were not kind to her.  Mom was chased, denied food, water, shelter and shot at.  Yes, that’s right, shot.  Now she has a big scar on her side and is blind in one eye.  A kind elderly lady tried her best to care for our mom, but she didn’t have the money to get her spayed, so of course …she ended up pregnant.   LUCKILY, mom was rescued and moved to a foster home where she safely delivered 13 babies (sadly 2 didn’t make it).     Molly’s Place was contacted and now here we are, safe & cozy where we get food, water, toys, soft comfy bedding and treats EVERY DAY.     Life is great, but now I’m ready for a home of my very own.     To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 28, 2025, 4:03 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Zoe and her littermates were found as strays in Opelika, Alabama. When they arrived at the local shelter, they were very sick puppies—but thankfully, they were in the right place at the right time. The shelter team provided the lifesaving medical care they needed, and because of that, Zoe is now fully recovered, thriving, and ready for her forever home. Our best guess on her breed mix includes hound/beagle, possibly with some lab, boxer, and/or pittie. She’s approaching 5 months old and still under 25 lbs, so we expect her to stay a comfortable medium size once fully grown. These two adorable girls are as loving as they come and are being fostered together. Zoe is the slightly more confident sibling, but both are incredibly friendly, sociable, and come running the moment you call them. They’ve done wonderfully with the resident dogs in their foster home and especially love playing with the youngest pup. Toys are still a new concept, but we’re sure they’ll figure out the fun with time. What they do know is how to play, zoom around, and entertain everyone with their goofy energy! Zoe and Zella are currently working on house and crate training, and they already walk nicely on a leash. They enjoy their outings and are great car riders—just a little nervous when first getting in. And amazingly… they’re quiet pups! (We know, we’re shocked too!) These two are sweet, social, and ready to find a family who will cherish them both. Zoe is current on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention.  She is also spayed and microchipped.  Her adoption fee is $450. If you are interested in this cutie, please submit an application on our website at https://worthytails.rescuegroups.org.  For any questions, please send an email to jessie.wilson@comcast.net.Thank you for your interest in a rescue pup!PA Kennel License #18991Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 6, 2025, 8:52 pm
