She LOVES attention from all humans. With or without food. She even adores her canine friends. However, she has never been cat tested. Katie enjoyes getting all dressed up. Her foster Mama will doll her up and take her all around town. Katie is the best passenger princess. She will happliy navigate any outing or adventure by your side. Possibly even napping along the way. So it might be best to not rely on her for directions. Katie is the Queen of Nap Taking. So if your hobby is napping, Katie will be more than happy to lay right next to you and snore the afternoon away. Along with exceptional taste in clothes, food, and traveling. Katie is also crate trained, a dream to walk on a leash, and has the best manners. She is the perfect Lady. He’s a 1 year old bluetick beagle, 26 lbs, neutered, chipped and ready for his family. He’s learned to use a dog door, walks like a beagle on a leash (Iykyk) without crazy pulling and rides well in the car. He loves playing fetch and running wild at the dog park. He will play with big and small dogs alike. He’s been around adults and kids with no issues. Has not been tested with cats but likely depends on the cat as he would want to play. Did we mention he also loves to snuggle? Being physically attached to a person is preferred way to sleep. However he sleeps all night in a crate without fuss. He’s food motivated and should learn obedience and tricks easily. He quickly learned to sit for a treat! He’s been extremely quiet for a hound…no baying at bunnies or squirrels. Isla is a 7.5 year old beagle mix. She is a lovable sweetheart and an absolute snuggle bug. Isla thinks she is a lapdog. She loves to play fetch and to go on walks, but is also content laying around and getting lots of attention. She has gone through various training/behavior classes. She is skittish around other dogs due to being attacked once. She is also not great with toddlers rather out of nerves or lack of patience. Isla is being rehomed due to how she is around toddlers and the fact we are expecting another little one and she will be losing even more attention. She is a great dog who is well trained and is a great addition to the household.

Meet Gold, a handsome lab mix in a petite package! This independent gentleman enjoys being in the company of his humans, offering a quiet and steady presence without being overly demanding of attention. Give him a comfy spot, and he'll happily be your loyal shadow as you go about your day– whether you're cooking dinner or working on your computer, he'll be nearby, quietly keeping you company. What he might lack in leg length, he more than makes up for in his good looks and easy-going nature! Gold appreciates that his crate is his special zone and keeps it clean and tidy. However, he's not a fan of being left out of the action and can get quite vocal if he hears things happening while he's crated. Once he's settled in his secure den, though, he does understand it's his safe space. In public, Gold is a calm observer. He walks nicely on a leash and isn't easily bothered by the sights and sounds around him. He's also an amazing passenger in the car, happy to relax on a bed or settle comfortably on a seat. Gold has not had a chance to meet his foster sibling due to his medical hold, but has shown little interest in other dogs he's encountered. We haven't had the opportunity to see how Gold interacts with cats or children in our care, but he doesn't display any prey drive towards birds, squirrels, or smaller dogs. While not particularly motivated by food or treats, Gold is eager to please and loves being by your side. This gorgeous boy might give the camera a serious stare, but in person, he's a sweet, loving, and devoted companion waiting for his forever home!
