Floyd is a big, beautiful house panther and one of the friendliest cats you will ever meet! He was trapped living outside and he had a hard time adjusting to shelter life initially. Once he settled down, the shelter staff was amazed at his super outgoing nature! He became one of the friendliest cats in the shelter! He was not happy being in a small cage and quickly made fast friends by jumping out of his cage to give kisses to anyone who would give him the time. He is an ultra outgoing and loving guy. His tail is always up - strangers? That is not a term he recognizes. He loves everyone! He is also great with other kitties :) This guy needs to be a part of a family - desperately! Layla is a striking beauty with gorgeous copper-colored eyes and a shiny black coat. This sweet young adult gal is a super friendly and wonderful companion that will happily greet you as soon as you walk into the room. She loves to talk to you, follow you and when youre standing she will put both paws up on your leg politely asking for attention and waiting for you to pet her then it only takes one stroke on her pretty head to activate her sweet purr motor :) Layla craves love and definitely returns it - you can't go wrong if youre looking for a calm and loving lap cat! She is a real gem and would make a wonderful addition to any family who opens their hearts and home to her - perhaps that could be yours? October 28, 2026, 9:29 am

Meet Harrison! The adoption application can be found here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat Harrison is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along their route. We cannot transport to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine or Virginia. Harrison is a big, handsome Bombay mix with gorgeous yellow-green eyes and an even bigger personality! He may look like a serious gentleman, but he’s really a playful, affectionate goofball. He spent his early years living under a local bar before he was rescued. He was shy at first, but now he’s an absolute sweetheart. Once he trusts you, he loves cheek scratches and belly rubs, and he chirps when the pets are especially good. Wand toys are his favorite, and he’ll come running for wet food and Churu treats. **Harrison does like to love nip, because of that, a home without small children is best. He’s bonded with his buddy Rob, a creamy-grey tabby, and we’d love to see them adopted together. Harrison and Rob don't like to be held, but are complete love sponges and will lay next to you. Give him a few weeks and some patience, and Harrison will be a true ray of sunshine! Harrison is neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. He does a great job of keeping his is litterbox tidy. All he needs now is his forever home! Harrison does great with other cats. Harrison would do best is adopted out with his best buddy Rob (M) Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens, siblings, or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Information on why adopting two kittens together is best for their short- and long-term health and behavior can be found here: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens --- ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES: Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you're doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts! Meet Tofu, a chunky little cuddle bug who deserves the BEST life indoors with lots of love! IMPORTANT INFO: - Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat - ROSES Rescues is located in Houston, TX. We transport our kitties to adopters in the Northeast and Pacific Northwest! **Cost is included in Adoption Fee.** - Tofu's adoption fee is $315. - With proper introductions Tofu may do well with another cat (better with males than females) or a calm and respectful pup. She would be fantastic as an only cat or if adopted with one of her kittens. --- Tofu was found on the streets of Houston with her two kittens (Bean and Edamame, also adoptable). They were all initially supposed to be trapped, fixed, and returned to their outdoor colony, but Tofu and her babies were way too friendly to be put back out on the street! Despite having been outdoors for the first year or two of her life, Tofu was the first to really enjoy the luxuries of an indoor life. She immediately started purring every time she saw Her Humans walk by, and it was obvious that she wanted nothing but love and a lap to snuggle on! Per her finder/foster: We suspect she didn't have the easiest life prior to being rescued, and she likely had many, many litters of kittens before Bean and Edamame. We're just glad to help be part of Tofu's journey to a forever home in a much better place!! Tofu is a pretty big cat at almost 13 lbs, but that just means there is more of her to love. She is extremely affectionate with humans and is always seeking out attention (and food of course). We haven't tried it yet, but given how food-motivated she is, you might even be able to train her to do a few tricks! --- Tofu is ~1.5-3 years old (it's very hard to pin down an exact age!), in great health, spayed, microchipped, negative for FIV/FeLV, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy. All she needs now is her forever home! Adopt Tofu (and maybe one of her adorable kittens!), and double the love, double the purrs, and double the fun. --- The adoption application can be found here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat Tofu and her kittens are currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along these routes (cost is included in adoption fee). ——— ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES: When you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you're doing more than giving your new family member a home. MEET COCO — AKA “ACE”! I’m Coco, but you can call me Ace. I was found by the tennis courts, looking for a practice buddy. Lucky for me, a girl came along, tucked me into her tennis bag, and then rode home with me snuggled in her lap. I’m a super sweet, friendly little girl—not shy at all! I’ll run right up to you, happy for any company. I have the cutest little chirps when I want attention. I am also a total purr-master—purring up a storm when being held and petted. Sometimes I purr when I play or you even look my way. But when I play? Watch out! I’ve got court coverage like Coco Gauff and a backhand mouse and lamb toy toss that’s second to none. My court antics are worth the price of admission! I even excel at doubles—a great play buddy for your furry friend. Tennis fan? Looking for a practice partner for life? Game. Set. Adopt! Reach out now for your new best doubles partner! See me at Petsmart (2902 S Shepherd Dr) Sat & Sun 1130-4p.

Meet Domino — Looking for a Loving Forever Home! Domino was once a stray who found his way into a transitional housing facility, where he has been surrounded by people working toward a fresh start and a place to call home. Unfortunately, the facility is now going through a transition and closing, and they can no longer care for him. Now, Domino needs a fresh start of his own — a loving forever home where he can feel safe, cherished, and part of a family. Domino is an affectionate, playful sweetheart who loves being around people and soaking up attention. He even has a funny little habit of hopping into the shower to keep you company! He has so much love to give and is ready to share it with someone special. Please help Domino find the forever home he deserves. He has been through enough changes and is ready for a place where he can finally settle in and be loved for a lifetime.
