Alvin, TX: Van Gogh was trapped and taken to a vet who cut half his ear off, instead of a tip, which is common practice for TNR (Trap, Neuter and Release). After recovery he was released. Weeks later he not only came to eat, but he came for attention. He is one of the friendliest, most loving - kitties ever. We want to give a black cat with 1/2 ear chopped off a chance. Jiji is a very active cat, he is very affectionate, and sort of a troublemaker every now and then. He loves to be pet and loves to eat. I received him from one of my coworkers, her cat had babies and did not know who the dad is, so I am not too sure about his breed. He was born on November 14, 2026 making him around six months old. I hope that he can find a kind and patient owner who can give him the company whether it is from other cats/pets or themselves.

Pumpkin is a beautiful light orange tabby now 1-3/4 years old. He grew up with kittens around him, and is still very playful, especially with loose shoelace-thickness or drawstring'-pants elastic ties, and even old Covid-mask elastic! He digs them out of a sewing bag, carry them, and then toss them in the air. In his foster home, he has three playmates who share his passion, and even groom each other. He gets along with multiple cats in his foster home, with no quarrels from any. He loves Churu lickable treats, and when in the kitchen, he likes to be petted in long single strokes on his neck and back when being fed. He knows his name, and comes when patting your thighs. He loves to do figure-8s or pass-throughs of your legs, especially if wearing flannel or cotton cloth pants - and you can pet him then, too. He does not and NEVER has liked being picked up, and won't be changing his mind on that. Others trying it made him shy to outstretched hands or fast approaches. Pet him with all his 4 feet on the ground, and you stand still. He loves cat tree nests, perches, cat beds, and window sills. Pumpkin had 3-year Rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV vaccines , is FIV/FeLV negative for disease, and on regular flea preventive. He is very healthy, and not a picky eater. Oregon is good with small dogs and cats and like to play with them. She is still a bit skittish and scared of new people at first. The end of her tail has a golden ring. She is trained to come to her crate for mealtime.

Casper is a handsome black cat born in late October 2023. He can be shy at first, but once he feels safe, he is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He loves being close to his favorite person and especially enjoys curling up in long hair. Casper is playful and loves cat trees, feather wand toys, laser pointers, and even the occasional game of fetch with toy balls. His favorite treats are Friskies Temptations. He is fully litter box trained and has been an indoor-only cat. Casper currently lives with a 2-year-old child and has shown remarkable patience with her. While he sometimes seems confused by toddler antics, he has always been gentle and prefers to walk away rather than react negatively. Casper is not yet neutered or vaccinated. With patience, love, and veterinary care, he will make a loyal and loving companion.
