Despite the husband's patient and loving approach, Dutch remains wary, prompting his family to consider finding a new home where he can thrive without fear. With his current family, Dutch has formed strong bonds with the wife and kids, who adore him dearly, but they've come to realize that a woman-only household might be the perfect solution for Dutch to live a stress-free life. His family believes Dutch may have had a negative experience with a man in the past, which has led to his hesitation around men unless they exhibit familiar characteristics. Importantly, Dutch has never shown aggression and is great with cats and other dogs, making him an excellent addition to any household. He's potty-trained, crate-trained, and loves spending time in his crate and bed. I adopted BamBam almost three years ago, and he is a very sweet dog, he is three years old and has an energetic, loving personality! He has had some issues with people, especially strangers, when they get too into his personal space. It would be best for him to live in a single person house hold where he would be the only pet and could have plenty of attention from his owner. Missy is a 1 year old Border Collie/Great Pyrenees mix with a beautiful face and personality to match. Missy comes as a bonded rescue with her brother (also Border Collie/Great Pyrenees mix). We found them tied up to trees on our neighbors property with no access to food or water in 100 degree heat and brought them into our home. Buddy and Missy have been around other dogs, cats (kittens and adults), kids, and even some chickens and get along great with everyone. The prior owner got them to be livestock dogs but they did not take to the job and prefer to be in the comfort of the house with a loving family. Buddy is around 75-80 lbs and Missy is 50-60 lbs. Both are up to date on all shots, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. They are also crate trained and do wonderful on leash. They are both very loving and are not high energy but do enjoy playing and walks. We believe they will do best if they remain together given their prior history. Please contact me today!
