Story
Ariel (responds to “Ari”) is a sweet girl who demands being the center of attention. She is gentle and sweet all the time and super soft and cuddly. She has super high energy though, so cuddling isn’t really her thing. She is ready to learn most things, especially if they are job-like since she is a working dog. She can be verbal at times, but more howling vs barking.

Story
Kona is a beautiful 4 year old Lab/Collie mix. He was raised from a puppy by a friend that had four dogs. But there started to be some issues between the dogs. (The smallest dog was the alpha.) She wanted to find a home where there were no other dogs. We love Kona but my son is having significant allergic reactions and unfortunately, we can't keep him. Kona initially had some separation anxiety but that has dramatically decreased. Ideally, he goes to a home where someone is home most of the time. He is good on a leash for walks and he is extremely sweet and loving. He is smart and very quickly learned some of our rules (no going in the kitchen and due to my son's allergies, we can't allow him on the furniture). He RARELY barks and when he does, it's just one single WOOF when he saw an animal outside. We are heartbroken that we can't keep him and now only hope we can find a wonderful and loving home for him.

Story
Benji is a lover, he's full of energy, (he's a border collie) but he has lived in a house his entire life with a modest back yard to play in. He loves to play fetch, although he will make you wait before he relinquishes the ball. Although he is full of energy, he also loves nothing more than to chill on the couch and lay with you. He hasn't gotten the training he deserves, therefore, it can be challenging to walk him and make him mind his manners with guests. If you are any good at all at training a dog, he will be perfect for you. Benji is hands down the smartest dog I have ever seen. He has intelligent eyes, and watches everything. You can tell he understands quite a lot. As far as why I put that he is not good with dogs, that is not entirely true. He has grown up with 2 chihuahua's. One about 6 years old, and one that is going on 16 or 17. The reason I put that is because he will chase anything that runs. He has gone after a couple of dogs, but is not mean at all.

Story
Hi there, I’m looking to rehome my family dog Cowboy. He’s 8 years old, very playful and energetic and loves to run across large fields at parks. He is also afraid of loud bangs, thunder and fireworks. Unfortunately due to my parents moving and me and my siblings taking over their home we can no king afford to keep Cowboy due to our own pets. As far as shots I don’t know when my parents have had him last checked out. He does have a chip but my dad has lost all the information for it. So for a substitute we’ve been using an apple air tag for the few times he’s run off from loud thunder or fireworks in the dead of night. We do have a dog cot for him since he ends up using regularly dog beds as chew toys.
