Hi! I'm Anabelle. I'm a 9 year old Border Collie Black Lab mix. She is a gentle and loving dog who likes to be around people. Anabelle loves to go on walks and be outside. She is afraid of storms and the sound of shooting guns and will want to be inside if either of those occur. She is great with kids and people and when properly and slowly introduced to dogs she is fine. She is looking for a loving home where she can get the attention she deserves! This gal loves people and dogs. She is an energetic and happy pup. She will do best in a home with another dog pal her size that likes to play. She is crate trained, leash trained and likes car rides. She will do best in a home with an active family and with a securely fenced yard. L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. Meet Indie! She's in need of rehoming. She is spay, has her rabies shot and is microchipped. 2 years old and 50 pounds. She is a very smart very loving dog! Best suited for someone who will be able to keep her mentally and physically engaged. She is high energy! She is house trained and kennel trained. Even though she’s high energy she loves to be a couch potato with her human too. She does ok with other dogs, most dogs she likes but occasionally there’s one she can’t stand. She should be monitored around other dogs. She has displayed a short temper with some of them. She seems to be respectful of cats. We’ve had large groups over for football parties etc. she does awesome! I’m not sure about little kids. She is a sensitive soul. So if you get upset with her or use gruff words she reacts immediately. She is not destructive. She’s very athletic and LOVES water!

He has recovered nicely thanks to a lot of cuddling and love. He enjoys off leash walks in the woods and stays close to his human, keeping a close eye so you don't wander off and get lost.
