This gal loves people and dogs. She is an energetic and happy pup. She will do best in a home with another dog pal her size that likes to play. She is crate trained, leash trained and likes car rides. She will do best in a home with an active family and with a securely fenced yard. L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. DOB: 7/10/25 Breed: Heeler Mix Weight ~20 lbs Microchipped, Vaccinated Characteristics: Affectionate, Silly, Playful (but needs a nap after), curious and oh so cute. Kennel Trained and really close to potty trained - Bessie comes when I call her with a little whistle and she sits and takes treats like a champ. She does have her moments of bark fever, she usually has to go to her room at that time because mama works from home, but she settles right in and acts like the perfect puppy. Bessie is a happy go lucky, silly, zoomie loving puppy who has the perfect bit of fun, playful and enjoys her rest time. She is fostered in a home with an 8 yo lab mix, Aunt Simone and they just love enjoying time running around in the back yard, digging holes to hide her bones and relaxing in the sunshine. I`m Dolly, a border collie mix puppy with black, brown and tan coloring. I came to Animal Ark after I was abandoned. The young man who was temporarily taking care of me described me as shy, obedient, and playful. He said that I liked playing tag and walking in the woods but also enjoyed just hanging out on the couch. I am cautious and reserved around other dogs, and it is not known how I would do around children and cats. Since I`ve been to the shelter, staff have found me to be clean, friendly, and good on a leash. Herding may be in my DNA, and I`m sure I have a strong work ethic. I`d be a great walking partner or just happy to be a part of your family. To meet me, fill out an adoption application and staff will schedule a meet and greet. Hope to see you soon!
