Sadie is a beautiful 2-year-old Collie mix with a fun, active spirit and a loyal heart. Sadie really enjoys going for walks and getting outdoors and would love an active home. She is fully housetrained and leash trained. Sadie knows basic commands and has had some formal training. Once it’s time to relax, you’ll find her happily chewing on her bones and squeaking her favorite toys. Sadie loves to be close to her person, whether that is cuddle time or just on the floor nearby! Sadie can be shy when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, she becomes a happy and loyal companion who enjoys being close. She seems to prefer adults and older children, since sudden movements and noises have been known to startle her. Sadie currently lives with multiple dogs in her foster home but would also be content being an only dog. Sadie is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations and preventatives. Her foster home is located in St. Louis County. Her adoption fee is $325. Now, before we go any further into my story.... let me warn you...it contains heartache and then some puppies, and fear and even some hopelessness. We do go to the top of the mountain as well, so hold in for the wild ride of my life:) maybe you will get to be my happily ever after.... So I was born a poor border collie mixed pup, in the miserable heat, in a disgusting backyard. To a mama that could have been so beautiful, if she had been brushed and cared for.... Fast forward thru almost 4 YEARS of misery and puppies, we were saved!!! I was saved with 9 newborn puppies and my sister/daughter/ cousin, etccc Princess and HER 9 PUPPIES TOO! We landed safe and sound at the rescue! We are now gorgeous girls and all pups grown and adopted! Now its time for me!! I am a single gal, and really don't like other dogs in my business.
