Joplin is cat neutral and LOVES to play with other dogs of all sizes. He walks great on a leash and loves playing with toys, crates well, and is potty trained with a routine. He can be a bit reserved in new situations, but he’s got a ton of spunk and a puppy-like personality! Joplin is one of the 7 dogs who came to us from another rescue after being saved from a hoarding situation in KY where dogs were living chained outside in deplorable conditions and despite his previous treatment, he’s a forgiving soul and has all the love in the world left to give to his new forever family.
