Blue is a 1 year old neutered male Border Collie Mix. He is a very sweet, smart and energetic pup. Blue is housebroken. Please stop by during adoption hours to complete an application so it can be reviewed by our staff. If your application is approved, we will schedule an appointment for you to meet Blue in person. Please note that Blue is not currently housed at the Shelter.  Here is the adoption process:   To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $100 fee for any county animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier.   Thank you for considering a homeless animal.May 31, 2026, 1:25 pm

Very sweet, great with other animals, loves treats and kisses. Her only issue is that I have been unsuccessful potty training. She knows how to go outside and is crate trained but hasn't mastered holding her bladder while in the house and out of the crate.
